『 ↳✧・゚ trigger warning for blood! 』

Wooyoung was running on the street, blood flowing out of his wound, where the knife was still placed. His vision was starting to blur, him having lost too much blood, but he kept going. Something in him told him that he wasn't going to die tonight, not tonight at least.

He remembered San from earlier today, his feet already taking him to the familiar but dark forest that was a few hundred meters away from his house, well, it wasn't his anymore. He decided to abandon everything that happened with his parents. Every memory of his parents, good and bad. He decided to push his old life away, only survival in his mind now.

Wooyoung came to a halt, his knees buckling beneath him, bringing him to the ground once again against his will. The knife hurt like hell inside him, moving in the wound as he desperately tried to get to San in time before he died of blood loss.

"San!" He yelled with the last wave of energy he had in him. "San, please, help me!" He sobbed, looking at his hands that were painted with dark red blood, his own blood. He took ahold of the blade inside him, yanking it out of the wound, yelling as the pain multiplied by ten. "Fuck!" He cried, already regretting his decision to take it out since there was now more blood coming from his wound.

Nobody was responding to his helpless calls. Of course there was no one in the forest, considering how late it already was. He was still relieved when he saw the familiar little house in his blurry vision. Wooyoung turned around to look at the surroundings, seeing the path of blood that hauntingly followed him anywhere, making him even more scared than before.

He opened the door with his shaky hands, taking deep breaths as he tried to calm himself down. "San?" He called again, stumbling a little and falling on the floor with a thud, not being able to get up anymore. More tears were falling on his cheeks, his eyes already pink and puffy from all the crying today.

He was going to die now, whether he liked it or not, he was going to pass away in the dark forest where no one could help him. His consciousness was slowly fading away, his body ignoring the agonizing pain that ran through his veins and immediately shutting down.

But before he lost consciousness and could drift away from his worries, he heard footsteps at the door. Was someone trying to save him when he was on the verge of dying right then and there? There was no way he would survive this anymore, so he closed his eyes and waited for his end to come.

He definitely felt two pairs of arms wrapping around his body, turning him around to face the person in front of him. He wasn't sure if it was San or someone else, but at least someone saw him before he died. He was happy someone acknowledged his death.

But Wooyoung didn't want to die, did he?

He didn't want to disappear. He didn't want to die a painful death like this, he wanted to grow old with someone he loved, he wanted to live a happy life with someone that cared for him. Opening his eyes, his vision still blurred and dark, he was able to focus on the person that was holding him close.

Purple eyes were staring down at him, San watching as Wooyoung slowly drifted away. "Wooyoung! What happened? Why are you bleeding like this?" He yelled with worry in his tone, pushing against Wooyoung's wound to stop the bleeding.

"M- mother- she-" Wooyoung tried, blood oozing out of his mouth, forcing him to shut up.

San widened his eyes in terror, a small gasp leaving him. "What?!" He yelled, obviously shocked from what Wooyoung had just said. "She did this to you? Your own mother did this to you?" He took a deep breath, closing his eyes for a second before opening them again and looking at Wooyoung with a reassuring smile.

Well, San seemed to have calmed down for some reason, lifting Wooyoung up from the floor and carrying him back outside, placing him on the ground and went looking for something. Wooyoung coughed up some more blood, thoughts about death filling his mind instantly.

San came back, with a stick in his hand. If Wooyoung was in a better condition he would have laughed his ass off seeing San with a long ass stick in his hand, but he couldn't right now. San walked to Wooyoung, drawing a huge circle around him, mumbling something really ancient to himself.

Wooyoung felt something weird inside him, the whole circle glowing around him, emitting a lot of light, illuminating the forest with a weird orange light. But when the glowing stopped, Wooyoung felt like his consciousness was fading away again, eyes closing and thoughts fading away from his mind completely.
