Hongjoong and Jongho watched as Yeosang disappeared into the forest. Of course, they were thankful that Yeosang had made the job easier for them by killing the attackers himself, but San seemed to be pissed at him. They were in good terms a few days ago, so why were they acting like this? Why was San acting like he hated Yeosang and wanted to punch him in the face?

"Do you know why San and Yeosang are angry at each other?" Hongjoong turned to Jongho who shook his head with a raised eyebrow. "Figured.." He sighed, walking back to the ship with Jongho.

"Why do you ask?" Jongho asked quietly, following the redhead to the kitchen. "Is there something going on between them?"

Hongjoong hummed, opening the door to the kitchen, seeing Mingi and Yunho chatting at the huge table. "I don't know, but it feels like this has something to do with that new boy San took with him." He shrugged, joining Mingi and Yunho at the table. "What are you guys doing?"

Mingi looked at Yunho and then turned to Hongjoong, grinning at him. "We were just talking about Yunho's abilities." He smiled. "He said he wants to get better at healing magic."

"Well, that makes sense since he's the nurse on this ship, doesn't it?" Hongjoong raised an eyebrow at Yunho who scratched his head in embarrassment. "He's fine, Mingi. He's a talented healer already, he doesn't need any training." He looked at Mingi who pouted a little.

"But what if something horrible happens and we need to heal a bullet wound?" Mingi frowned, rolling his eyes in a childish manner and turning back to Yunho who chuckled at Mingi's cuteness.

"Nothing like that is going to happen." Hongjoong sighed, patting the back of Mingi's head. "Don't jinx us, please." He laughed, walking to Yunho's side and sitting next to him.

"Fine, I won't pressure him about it anymore, but don't blame me if he trains by himself." Mingi deepened his pout, standing up and leaving the kitchen. Yunho looked surprised but he was used to Mingi's mood swings by now. He stood up and gave Hongjoong an apologetic look before excusing himself.

"I swear those two are becoming more and more childish every time I see them." Hongjoong sighed, leaning against the table. "They're inseparable."

Jongho laughed. "They'll probably get married or something." He joked, Hongjoong fake gagging at his statement. "Or they'll accidentally kill each other, I don't know."

"The second one is more believable." Hongjoong laughed.

"You want me to join your crew..?" Wooyoung gasped softly, widening his eyes as he looked at San. "Are you sure about this?"

San smiled, patting Wooyoung hair. "I'm 100% sure I want you to join my crew, Wooyoung." He said proudly. "You're a perfect addition."

Wooyoung couldn't help but blush at San's bold statement. "P- perfect?" He stuttered, hating the fact that San made him feel so nervous. "But I'm just a normal human.. I don't have any magical abilities like you and I'm not helpful at all." He pursed his lips together. "How am I perfect for your crew?"

San sighed, taking Wooyoung's hands in his. "Remember, don't put yourself down in front of me, okay? You're perfect just the way you are and I'm sure you can train with Hongjoong if you want to learn some spells." He smiled. "I don't need a powerful magician or a cook for my crew, I already have those. You're what I want and I would really like it if you were to join my crew." He explained.

"Really?" Wooyoung asked with shining eyes. "You'd let me train with Hongjoong?" He added. San nodded in confirmation, making Wooyoung a little happier. "Thank you. And yes, I will join your crew." He smiled, wrapping his arms around san once again.

"No, thank you for joining me on my journey." San returned the hug, wrapping one of his arms around Wooyoung's waist and placing the other behind his neck to keep him close. "I really appreciate it."

"You're welcome."

Yeosang was walking in the forest, not caring about his surroundings and the darkening sky. It was obvious that it was going to rain soon, maybe it was going to be a storm, but he didn't care. The rain made him relax a bit, and he actually quite liked the feeling of the little raindrops on his skin. The whole forest was a relaxing place for him and he visited it a lot.

Even though he was used to the New World, he would still find all these new little things about it, like new flowers and animals. He was always running after small animals, taking in all of their details and taking notes of their habits. He was interested in them, and there was absolutely no one who knew about that. He didn't want to show his vulnerable side to anyone.

The forest was pretty big, tall trees surrounding the area and weird plants growing from them. Yeosang had learned to survive in the New World, always getting better and better at surviving. He was a lone wolf, yes, but the liked to travel with people because it made his chances of survival bigger.

The pinkish sky was turning purple, indicating that it was getting pretty late already. He turned around to leave, but the sudden smell of fresh blood reached his nose, making him cringe at the awful smell. It didn't smell like animal blood, it was something else.

Yeosang looked at the ground and he saw a blood trail, the blood glowing with a blue hue. Every person in the New World had blood like this, blue and glowing. It was interesting but he didn't have time to think about that now, deciding to follow the trail of blood.

It took him to a more open space, the blood trail stopping in front of a small cave next to an even smaller lake. He thought about going back to the ship, but decided against it, entering the cold but wet cave with caution. The smell of blood was indeed strong, the source being very close. There were bloody footsteps on the ground, a blue trail leading him deeper into the cave.

"What the hell is going on?" He whispered to himself, putting his hand on the knife that was attached to his belt. He was being careful, that was all. A small grunt could be heard a little further away, getting Yeosang's attention. "I swear to god if this is a fucking trap I'll-"

"H- hello?" A small voice called. "I- is someone there?"

Yeosang ran at the source of the voice, hoping to see someone in the dark. His eyes weren't the used to the darkness around him yet, making it hard for him to see the details in the cave. But he saw someone laying on the ground, a huge amount of blue, glowing blood around him. It was as if he was stabbed everywhere, blood oozing out of him. The person laying on the ground saw Yeosang, flinching away from him.

Yeosang sighed and kneeled down, seeing the source of the blood. "You're injured." He scoffed, touching the huge wound on the man's chest. "How long have you been here for?"

The man glanced at Yeosang, purple glowing eyes, taking notes of Yeosang's figure, indicating that he was from the New World. "Are you here to help me?" He grunted, blood coming out of his mouth. Yeosang looked at the man, expressionless as ever, shrugging at him. "Then why are you here?" The man huffed, trying to sit up to get a better look at Yeosang.

"I happened to see a trail of blood and I followed it. It led me here." Yeosang stated, inspecting the huge wound on the man's chest. He thought for a while. Would saving this man benefit him? Is he a bad guy who'd kill everyone on the ship if he brought him there to get him healed? "Do you want to be healed?" He finally asked.

The man looked at Yeosang for a while, nodding after a few seconds. "I'd appreciate the help, really." He chuckled, breathing getting more uneven than before. "Oh, and I've been here for about an hour, to answer your question." He added.

Yeosang nodded and took the man's hand, pulling him up from the ground and sneaking an arm around his shoulder. "I'll take you to a healer." He said shortly, beginning to walk out of the cave. "He'll heal you." He added.

"Thank you." The man said, accepting Yeosang's help in an instant and leaning against him for support. "What's your name?" He suddenly asked.

"Yeosang." Yeosang answered, focused on getting out of the cave. "You?"

"Seonghwa." He answered. "I'm Seonghwa."
