5 pt.1

The drive home was shorter than usual and had time to think about what I should eat. Once I reached home I unlocked my door and entered. The lights were off and no one was there. I'm not very surprised if I'm honest, I'm just tired and just wanted to shower.

Walking to the hallway closet and opening I take out a towel and washcloth. I then walked to the bathroom to start the shower.

The warm water hit my body, relief washes over me. My eyes closed and I drifted into my thoughts, not caring that I was still in the shower.

I was thought of nothingness and something at the same time. It felt like I was in a different room. That was because I wasn't. I was in my bed with the lights off, naked. I never got the shower. Did I fall asleep? How did I get here? Who is in my apartment?

Wait who is in my apartment? Fuck. I got up, put clothes on, and picked up my lamp. It was closest to a weapon in my room. Opening the door slowly and then walking out of my room I start to look around. Nothing in the hallway. Nothing in the bathroom. Nothing in the kitchen. Nothing in the living room.

I took a deep breath and calmed down. There was no one here. Then I heard it, something fell in my room. It sounded like glass hitting my floor but it never shattered. I think was because my floor is carpeted and was soft. As soon as I walked into my room I looked around and saw something on the floor.

It was like a glass ball but it had a glowing object on the inside. Looking closer at it was a horn. Wait a glowing horn, should I be concerned? I don't know how that was possible. I sighed and put it in my closet on the shelf. The red glow got a little brighter when it hit the dark. It felt weird, it felt like I was growing attached to it. Shaking the feeling off I close the closet door and turn around to go back to bed.

Someone was in the doorway of my room. He looked familiar. It was the guy at the hospital but he had porcelain-like skin. His eyes were glassy but bright. My eyes started to widen. "What the ever living hell are you doing in my house!?" I yelled in anger. He just looked at me; bewildered.

"Answer me you creep!"My voice grew louder.

" I-I look I know this looks bad but you have to calm down." He answered me and started to look around seemingly scared of something. "Why? You're in my house!"I respond still angry.
