(At the Fire kingdom)
As the princess played with the tips of her hair, she asked Timothy if he got any news about her brothers. Timothy then brought out a note and told her that they sent a letter.
Kaycee stood up. "What does it say?"
Timothy bowed. "The king wants you to know that everything has been solved, but he'll need to stay at the Water kingdom for a longer period of time."
"What is he even going to do there?"
"It says in the letter that he's doing Princess Eleanor a favor."
"Isn't she dead?" Kaycee asked.
"I'm also confused, your highness. I'm unsure of his message." Timothy scratched his head.
"I'll just analyze it myself, you may leave now."
A few hours later...
(In the princess's bedroom)
The princess looked at the man sitting beside him and handed him the letter that her brother sent. The man the browsed the note and asked Kaycee if princess Eleanor was alive.
Kaycee sighed, "I was confused too. That's why I asked you to come."
The man put his hand under his chin. "He must've meant something else since he knew that Timothy would be reading it."
"Adam, he didn't mention Eva and Olive."
"What if Eva is Princess Eleanor?"
"Adam, that's impossible."
"Think about the first time you met Princess Eleanor. Wasn't it similar to the first time you met Eva?"
"I did have the same feeling, but it can't be her."
"Look, it also says that someone lied to him about her identity and he must be pertaining to Eva. Think about it, why would her write about Olive?"
The princess covered her eyes. "I can't take all the responsibility..."
Adam smiled. "Then I'll help you."
"You don't need to."
"Look, I might be a commoner, but it doesn't mean I can't do these kinds of stuff."
Kaycee responded, "I guess I have no other choice. Thank you, Adam."
Adam pulled her into a hug. "I'm always here for you."
(At Pali village)
Jay informed the man sitting in front of him that Princess Eleanor wasn't able to combine the two gems. The man's eyes then widened and told him that it was impossible.
Jay sighed, "Everyone was there to witness it, but nothing happened."
The man put his hand under his chin. "It must be the gem's power."
"What do you mean?" Licia asked.
"The red and blue gem detected our presence."
"Must be because of that useless boy."
"That's impossible. He took the pill and we trained him well!" Jack shouted.
"He was there to witness it wasn't he? It was because of the boy! The blue and red gem knew that he was on our side!" the man yelled.
Jay apologized, "I'm sorry. We didn't know that the gems could detect his presence..."
The man sighed, "What a futile plan."
"What do we do now?" Licia sighed.
"Kill Cameron, of course." Jack smiled.
"No! You promised me not to!"
"Why are you so afraid? He doesn't even know you! Do you think that he'll fall for a stubborn woman like you?" Jack laughed.
"Then I'll make him," Licia said.
The man then explained that they'll have to kill princess Eleanor first. Then they'll get the red gem.
"How about the bell?" Jack asked.
"I have a spare one." the man smiled.
"Sir, how are we going to kill Princess Eleanor? If we kill her, then the blue gem would also die with her."
"We combine it in her. Then once we get what we want, we kill her."
"How about the boy?" Jack asked.
The man smiled. "He'll still be a great tool."
"He doesn't have much time left."
"You can't even handle that boy you resuscitated?"
"Sir, you told me to revive him temporarily."
"How much time does he have left?"
Jay replied, "He has around two and a half months till he dies again."
"Then we have no choice, we make use of the boy," the man responded.
Jay asked, "Won't the princess suspect him?"
The man smiled. "Of course not. Why would they suspect their long lost friend, Leo?"
