A few days later...
(At the Water kingdom)
Cameron kissed Eleanor's forehead and told her to wake up. Eleanor then opened her eyes and saw him laying down beside her.
Her eyes widened. "Why-Why are you in my room?"
"Don't you recall anything?" Cameron asked.
"I'm-I'm still in my clothes, but you're not."
"Am I forbidden to sleep without wearing any shirt?"
Eleanor sighed, "Just tell me what happened last night."
Cameron then explained that he found Eleanor drunk in the hall way last night. As soon as Eleanor heard that, she covered herself with a blanket and asked him if she did something embarrassing.
"Not really, you just attempted to remove my clothes. You don't know how tempting that is. That's why I'm shirtless right now." Cameron smirked.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to—"
"It's fine. I like that you're being active."
"But how did you end up in my bed? Shouldn't you be in your room now?"
"Well, you begged me to stay, so I did."
Eleanor sighed, "And you followed me?"
Cameron responded, "Why shouldn't I? You even threatened me."
"Why did you even drink yesterday?"
The princess lied, "I don't know."
Cameron glared. "The truth."
"I really don't remember."
"Why were you angry?"
"What?"
"You drank because you were angry at me. Why is that?"
Eleanor laughed. "What are you talking about? What reason would I have to be?
"You told me that I wasn't giving you much time lately."
"When did I even—"
Without letting her finish, Cameron removed the blanket and brought his face closer to the princess. He then smiled at the princess and told her that he'll give her more time starting from now on.
"I'm not asking for it!" Eleanor looked away.
"Look, if you just keep that to yourself, then all the anger will just pile up until the day comes that you can't take it anymore."
Eleanor looked away. "I don't need you to tell me what to do."
Cameron pulled her closer. "I'm sorry, okay? I love you."
"Stop that."
"Can you forgive me? I promise to make it up to you."
"When did you even become this sweet?"
"Not long ago."
"Since I'm really gullible, I accept your apology."
Cameron pointed at his cheek. "You know what I want."
"I know." Eleanor kissed his cheek.
A few hours later...
(At the royal garden)
Albert smiled at the young woman standing in front of him and thanked her for coming to see him. The woman then asked if he needed anything.
Albert sighed, "Eleanor, I just wanted to ask you a favor."
Eleanor responded, "Yes?"
Albert pointed to the sea cliff nearby. "Would you mind taking a walk with me?"
"Albert, it's not safe there. Inta cliff is notorious for being one of the dangerous cliffs in the world."
"Princess Eleanor, I would just like to get some fresh air."
"I've been there tons of times. Anyone can die there."
"Please, I really cannot think of any other way to release this discomfort in my heart."
Eleanor sighed, "If that's what you want, then I guess I can't object."
Albert smiled. "Thank you, Princess Eleanor."
"When would you like to go?"
"Are you fine with next week?"
"Sure. Shall we go in then? It's getting dark."
Albert nodded. "Ladies first."
