Asher proudly said, "But our reasons for missing the meetings are different"

'Dream on' Aaron thought to himself and diverted his attention to Amara.

"Amara, we have three bedrooms here, one belongs to Asher, one is mine and the third one is a guest room. I guess you would be more comfortable staying in the guest room?" Aaron softly asked her and his behaviour changed 180 degrees when he talked to Amara.

He was gentle and caring unlike a minute ago when he was agitated and furious.
