Cha-Ching

A ghostly green light devoured the safety of darkness from the junkyard. Edges of green radiation peaked above the hill that protected the denizens of the junkyard from the yellow eye. Where the light spread bodies moved and spoke. They hungered for brains but could never be satisfied.

The dead became work horses of the Elder Spawn. Its mindless idiot tentacles spread. Nothing controlled them but the blessed one. That meant something.

The fake smirk on the blessed one's face was the most annoying thing about her. She seemed too smug. I was going to break her.

She hovered in front of me wasting aura like she had an endless source to fall back on. Twelve psy sabers spiraled around her ready to impale me. I had lost before. That was unmistakable. She had more aura than me and could spend it like a ho with daddy'scredit card. It was the difference between minimum wage and a sugar baby. .

I had a mace but that wasn't what I was after. What I needed were weapons made to kill PVP and PVE. That's what the sword and crossbow were for. They bridged the gap.

The problem was timing. If I'd been allowed a few more hours to truly push through the skill trees in my mace, things might be different. A blood shield based on the amount of BS I collected would be valuable.

BS Gain 12/s x 600 Frenzied

In an hour, I'd have 33million bloody spirits. I doubted this weapon was meant for this situation or maybe it was. It was effective, too effective in some regards. When this battle ended, and the Elder Spawn was beaten that would be the end of the free enemies. Frenzied wore at the body until nothing was left. The bloody spirits ran havoc with flesh.

I'd enjoy my passive income while I could.

First, I had to defeat this blessed one. Once that was done, I'd have all I needed to take up my sword and crossbow. Hopefully, I could finish the skill trees before the elder spawn died. The more bloody spirits within a vessel, the harder it was on the vessel when they frenzied. That didn't stop me from maxing out the entire blood rage skill tree.

Jacob's weapon: Mace

Abilities: Infest X, Blood Rage X, Frenzy's Eye X, Overload X, Contagion X, Mad Army X, Kamikaze X, Infection rate X, Halloween X.

Halloween X: When Frenzied kills a host +100% of all bloody spirits gained from the host.

The mace in my hand glowed with blood. My control over the frenzied and their returns had risen to a new level. It fed it on the spirits it needed, and it was returning that a thousand-fold. All I had to do was survive this fight.

The blessed one hovered tapping her chin. "I can't figure you out. You don't make any sense." It said.

I summoned ten javelins from my aura and prepared for battle. "What's there to figure out? I'm your enemy." She glared at me.

"Why would you care about these lesser species? You could have just flown away. We will eventually bloom, bear fruit, and then whither. Not a single Darkling has died in our growth." She said.

I thought about coming out and telling her that she was just an obstacle to grow my power. This was convenient and allowed me to increase my power faster than I thought possible. When the frenzied killed they counted as my kills. The xp wasn't great but it was constant. This was actually a very effective method to level up.

Unfortunately, I'd just cut their life span down to minutes. A frenzied might survive 20minutes with the amount of bloody spirits they produced. When they died, they exploded and fed back into the cycle. They would clean out the infestation far easier than I could alone. It was honestly a great way to use the zombies against each other. My numbers never looked so good. The Black apple in my pocket had turned from black, to red, and finally to white.

"You can't win at this rate. I've broken the back of your infection." I said.

She looked at me like Gwen sometimes did. "This was only a skirmish. While you were preoccupied fighting these drones, I've spread others far and wide. My supply chains haven't been effected." The green tentacled blessed one let out a sigh. "We can keep playing if you want. I'll throw you more drones and you can fight them while I feed." She said.

I directed a command to some of the newer frenzied and ordered them to seek out other groups of zombies. "Thank you for the information. I'll adjust as needed." She sighed and two swords shot down like comets. They pierced through the backs of the frenzied.

"Then you aren't going anywhere. I was asked to spare you if I could." I flapped my wings and pushed far more aura into them. My Javelins shot forward and met her swords. She raised her hand to unleash a beam attack.

I smashed her with my mace. Her armor cratered against my blow and she went flying. She hadn't thought to activate her shield. I saddled my mace and pulled my bow.

She was on the back foot, I fired several javelins from my bow. They impacted her shield, I withdrew my bow and pulled out my mace. Using some of my remaining Aura, I flapped my wings and pushed myself even harder.

Six javelins were more than enough to decay the barrier. I swung down with all my might.

The spiked head of my mace shattered it. She brought up a psy saber and I smashed the arm with my mace. I took hold of her throat and thrust my wings. We flew downward. Black static covered my hand while we fell.

She tried to resist with her telekinesis. With her throat constricted she couldn't activate new spells. Only her telekinesis was still active. Even that was failing while I flapped my wings shooting us toward a pile of scrap.

We crashed into a mound of junk. She slashed my chest with her psy blade while we tumbled. The wounds tore open and gushed out blood while I strangled her. Our weapons clashed my mace against her psyblade.

Her eyes were filled with desperation. She pushed all of her aura into the weapon. It glowed with a sinister light green with a core of yellow. I blocked the weapon with my mace.

The two forced battle each other. One was a mace filled with bloody spirits and the other a psychic weapon backed by an blessed one. Something had to give. The black metal of my mace cracked first.

My mace shattered and with it her own weapon dimmed. She lunged with the blade stabbing into my chest. A look of triumph shined in her eyes and I drew my combat knife.

I squeezed harder and slashed under her armpit with my combat knife. Her limb fell limply.

My other hand joined the first and I bore my full strength on her throat. The bones shattered and flesh squelched. I let go of her body and she fell. My aura was bone dry and I'd just killed a blessed one. Just one more and then the Elder Spawn.

I looked down at the corpse. She looked too much like Gwen, I didn't like it. I pulled a tarp out of the junk pile and spread it out. It was just enough to cover her.

My mace was a mess broken twisted metal. Whatever force empowered the weapon had already sunk into the ground. I was out a weapon. In my pocket was a white apple.

BS 1B

If that wasn't enough for the two weapons, then nothing would be. I took a step forward and fell to a knee.

I felt sore. My aura was slow to recover and flying seemed impossible. I lost the reins on the frenzied and they were probably wreaking havoc now. It was basically like unleashing super rabis on the world.

...

I followed the road to Dell's forge. I could hardly believe it had only been six hours since I'd left him here. In place of the random hill was a carved out flattened area. A large shop stood in contrast with the area around it. Behind the shop was a massive forge. I could smell the scent of melting steel from kilometers away.

"Welcome valued customer to Dell's Demonic Weapons Depo. My name is Christine Beelzebub, I'll be your attendant this evening." A buxom demoness wearing sun shades and a smile said.

She had a set of cow horns on her head and pointed tail sticking out from her bottom. Christine was dressed in a thin black bra that just barely hid her nipples. Down below she might was well have worn a bandage for all the modesty her chained leather thong protected.

"My name is Jacob, I summoned Dell earlier today. Is my crossbow and ridiculous sword ready?" She looked me up and down before settling on my crotch.

Christine shifted her hips and placed a delicate hand on her waste. My eyes dove to the hint of red lips peeking through. "Most of our customers follow a dress code. But that's ok, I like the eye candy. We don't just sell weapons, we also have armor, crotch pieces, and pants if you're interested."

I pulled the black apple from my quiver. She covered her luscious lips and gasped. "There is so much in there sugar. I have some hand stitched underworld dragon leather pants that might be your size. Would you like to buy a dozen?" She slid her finger down between her breasts. "As a bonus you could have some of me."

System Message: Full Stop

Everything began to clear. My purpose righted itself and I put the black apple back in the bag. "Sorry, maybe if I have any left after the sword and crossbow." I said.

She raised an eyebrow and let out a low whistle. "You are young, I thought I'd teach you a valuable lesson about women. Either you've learned that lesson already or you're gay." I looked down to see my own member standing at attention. Even with a full stop to my hormones it clearly hadn't gotten the message.

She chuckled and winked at me. "Well, if you're ever this rich again give me a call, I'll take you to the underworld market and we'll go shopping for all the best deals. Dell is in the back."

I took a step passed her. She reached out and grabbed my member. My eyes widened in when she took a step closer.

She kissed me deeply, longingly, and hungrily...

"We have a saying in the pleasure houses of Kurshquelsh, if they're able to leave, then leave them wanting." She pushed my member into herself. I felt her pulsate, squeeze down, and begin to take me in. Then she pulled away dragging her heat and sweet-smelling nectar away with it.

I opened my mouth and closed it. "You are the devil." I said.

She cackled and slid her thong back into place. "You don't know the half of it. A hundred Million Bloody Spirits and you can have me for an hour."

I started walking towards the doorway. "I'll think about it." I said.

My mind was a washed with hormones and desire. Even shutting down my hormones hadn't kept them in check. There is only so much a full stop can do against my own desires. I hadn't gotten laid in decades. After I got my weapons, I'd defeat the Elder Spawn and save Gwen.
