The Battle Is Here! A Dangerous Situation!

Law sliced at Doflamingo as the feathered man kicked at him.

"Mes!"

Law said, punching at Doflamingo who dodged and readied to kick once again. I quickly wrapped my scarf around his leg, pulling it away as Law went for another "Mes!" attack. The other fell backwards, letting me pull him down and successfully dodging the attack. Preparing another kick with his free leg, he reached for my scarf at the same time. I pulled it back, releasing his leg as I wrapped it around Law instead. Dragging him towards me and away from Doflamingo's attack, my eye twitched from irritation as I released my scarf from Law. I placed a hand on his shoulder, finally blinking.

"I can't keep his powers at bay for long, my eyes are getting dried out too quickly because of the salt water splashing up around us.You need to make a decisive and clean hit before this battle starts tipping scales to the other side." I whispered.

"I'm trying, why are you even still helping me? The Alliance is over." He side-eyed me, a slight frown on his face.

"I don't know about that, the Alliance is between you and the Strawhat's. Last I checked, I'm not a pirate. And if you haven't noticed, we're both stuck in this situation. You and Luffy can sort out your odd friendship "Alliance" later, for now, just focus on beating this feathered asshole."

Law wore a confused expression for a few moments before a smirk lightened his previously gloomy expression, nodding-

"Damaito!"

I "tsk"ed and pulled Law out of the way, watching what looked like a string bullet, fly past us.

"Don't get distracted, Law. It's your move, Dressrosa's just a hop, skip, and jump away…."

The analogy felt vaguely threatening, a quiet promise of some sort. One that I certainly don't want to see the outcome of. His gaze turned towards me, a sneer plastered on his face.

"And you, you've been quite the nuisance, when I don't even know your name."

I raised an eyebrow "I'll take it as a compliment, glad I'm important enough to gain interest. Though I'm not exactly inclined to give you my name, you can simply call me Eraserhead."

"Well, Eraserhead….I'll make sure to kill you slowly." He stretched his arms out, pulling at the strings in the air. I blinked a few times, readying as I activated my quirk again. Doflamingo grumbled as his fingers twitched uselessly in the air.

"Well, If we're making promises, I promise I'll hand you over to the Navy with minimal injury." His face reddened with anger as someone interrupted.

"Hey, Doffy."

Doflamingo relaxed a bit as he reached into his coat and pulled out a small Transponder Snail.

"Ah, sorry. You were in the middle of telling me something…." He responded to the other.

"Violet's gone and betrayed us."

"Well, Black Leg showed up out of the blue so I figured something was up…."

"Thanks to that, we're totally in the dark as to what the Strawhats are planning."

"Nah, that doesn't matter anymore. Send Lao G to the smile factory entrance."

"Stop messing with me, you know they're supposed to work up the crowd with their entrance into the finals….!"

"You alone are more than enough."

"Hey hey, it's almost like you're trying to say…."

"You're a genius."

"Well, since you gave your unbiased opinion I have no choice but to take care of things!!"

Mid-way through their conversation, I deactivated my quirk and looked over at Law.

"That doesn't sound good…." I said

"Definitely not…."

Doflamingo finally finished his back and forth conversation before responding to us.

"Law….So you were supposed to be the bait….And during this little scuffle….The Strawhat's would have their opening to destroy the factory….That way, even if you died, I'd still be hunted down by Kaidou. Was that more or less, how you imagined things playing out?"

"But you overestimated the amount of time you could buy them….And, now, they're all held up….You keep saying you "used" them….But this strategy requires an awful amount of trust from you….Why….Why do you put such faith in the Strawhats?!"

Law chuckled "....Because 'D' will definitely, bring forth another storm….!"

''D'? Ugh, who cares. It's not my universe, nor am I doing an essay on it.'

My eyes widened when Doflamingo suddenly ran towards us, I activated my quirk and quickly wrapped my scarf around him as Law blocked his kick with his Nodatchi.

"Law, we should move towards the Colosseum!! This bridge could collapse at any moment, and we'd have an easier time defeating him with the others!!"

Law spared a quick glance in my direction, nodding as I quickly unwrapped my scarf as Law slashed at him. I used the distraction to try and wrap my scarf around his head, which somehow worked. It threw the feathered man off guard just long enough so I could swing him towards and off of the bridge. I released the scarf from his head, keeping my eyes on him momentarily, making sure he hit the water before running with Law towards the Colosseum.

We panted breathlessly while darting through the streets, finally resting once we reached the others.

"Tra-guy! Scarf-guy!" Luffy called as Dabi visibly sighed.

My eyes quickly widened as they landed on the familiar two face masked villain.

"Twice?! What the hell did I miss?!"

The eye sections of Twice's mask widened and raised as he looked at me.

"Eraserhead! Quirk erasing asshole! What are you doing here?! Dabi what the hell?!"

Dabi rubbed his temples in annoyance. "Not the time guys, you seem to have forgotten that we have more important matters to attend to. Like, I don't know. The fact that we're surrounded by Navy soldiers and Flamingo guy is on your tail!"

"Wait wha-?!"

A soaking wet flamingo suddenly dropped from the sky, joined by the sudden appearance of the Navy Admiral walking a few blocks up the street.

"Shit…" Me and Dabi shared the comment.
