Leaving Covan (2)

*>Coin Pouch*

*>Silverium: 1*

*>Bronzium: 11*

*>Copper: 2,100*

*I'm soooo poor!*

Jisha lamented the value in her coin pouch that was clearly still higher than probably everyone in the game. But as a high level player in her past life, she wasn't even used to seeing the word "Copper"!

*And what a surprise, I'm being followed. Again.*

Similarly to how she was followed after the incident in Uval's War Zone, she was being stalked by what she could only assume were jealous players.

*I guess I'm just that popular, huh?*

She had a couple of options here: either confront them or run away. Running away would be simple with the power of the Nightwalker, but she didn't want to use its abilities unless it was absolutely necessary.

So, she naturally chose the third option.

*Hmm... I guess I'll pretend like I don't see anything.*

Ignoring them!

If she ignored them, they would certainly continue to follow her.

This is what she was hoping for. If they followed her into the wilderness, she'd be able to kill all of them with ease.

*And to do that, I'll need to buy some more stuff... Maybe a better map and some higher level ammo?*

And, in the search for more items, Jisha headed towards Covan's frontier shop.

---

*>Luden: Do you have eyes on her?*

*>Axis Jack: ... Yes. She's just headed into the frontier shop now. Should we trap her inside?*

*>Luden: No. Just wait for her to do whatever she wants in there. Keep watching her. When she leaves, take note of which way she's going. We'll surround and kill her as soon as she's far enough away from the Safe Zone!*

*>Axis Jack: Roger.*

Though he didn't show it in the group chat, Luden was experiencing confusion and rage after what had just transpired. He had spent a significant portion of his wealth on a useless item, and he wasn't even able to purchase the final item. In the beta, Luden loved playing with daggers, so the Magical Oaken Dagger was of utmost importance to him. If he could manage to ambush and kill the player that had taken everything from him...

*Everything will become right again. Like how it was supposed to be...*

*>Axis Jack: She's exiting now. It looks like she's heading west, presumably towards Inkling Village.*

*>Luden: Perfect. All of you, let's go!*

From a distance, Luden could see that the player was in no hurry. It was as if she were taking a leisurely stroll through a park.

*>Luden: She's moving slowly. Set up an entrapment 100 metron due west of the Safe Zone!*

*It looks like she had a lot of money, but it doesn't look like she's very smart!*

This is what Luden assumed when he saw her movement. If she had any awareness at all, she would have known to get out of the area as quickly as possible in order to not be ambushed.

Luden and Shock Collar, which comprised about 20 members, quickly headed into the sparse forest trying to be as stealthy as possible.

*>Axis Jack: You idiots! Make sure you're out of her line of sight! Some of you look extremely suspicious. Walk casually if she can see you!*

*>Luden: I'm still keeping an eye on her. It doesn't look like she's doing anything different... Honestly, how dumb is she? It doesn't look like she's changed her plans at all. Keep going!*

As Shock Collar set up their encirclement in the forest, Luden was confident in his victory.

*All money, no awareness.*

If someone had money and no awareness, it was impossible for them to hold on to their money for long.

*I'll show you just because you know how to bid at an auction doesn't mean you have power!*
