The Storm That's About to Come
Nakahara Chuuya got used to work in Port Mafia. He was a promising newbie who basically jump in status as soon as he entered. A few weeks ago, Mori Ogai give him a group of ability users to cultivate. 6 people directly under him and they're promising Gifted in Port Mafia. It wasn't that their Abilities were overwhelmingly powerful, it's that working together basically increases their fighting power exponentially.
For Chuuya who knows Dazai is leading Black Lizards which consists mostly of trained non-gifted, there's an explicable sense of victory. (What if you have numbers! My men are more powerful!) Moreover, his group are easy to get along with. They know how to pay attention to things at work but quite relaxed when it's not. For Chuuya, who doesn't care much about etiquette in normal times but prefer to show proper respect and attitude during working hours, basically fits with them like buddies who's been friends for long time.
Tonight, he's planning to take them to DOLLARS after finishing the assigned task.

"Welcome. Well, it's Chuuya-san. Did you bring your friends today?"

Chuuya replies vaguely to Decim as he goes forward to the counter seats, his subordinates also followed. After the last visit, he would come to DOLLARS from time to time. Most of the time, he would see some people in here that should be residing on the second floor. Today is the first time he see Ayatsuji Yukito who was beside Nagito on the sofa.
"That's a new face."
"Yes. He just come to Yokohama a few days ago."
"A regular customer? Hello. I'm Ayatsuji Yukito."
"Nakahara Chuuya."
Yukito raises his cup of coffee signaling Chuuya not to mind him. Chuuya also turn back to his subordinates as they drink and chat. Rarely, Rui come down upstairs carrying a phone and handed it over to Yukito. Yukito who's not used to gadgets always forgets to carry the phone with him. At this time she got a glimpse at Chuuya and plan to say "Hi" but after seeing the people beside him, she paled and almost fall causing Yukito to catch her for support.
"Rui? What's wrong?"
This time, Chuuya also noticed Rui's reaction and was puzzled with it so he was listening to the side. Rui just shakes her head. Nagito got up and take Rui from Yukito, taking her upstairs to rest.
Chuuya and Yukito was puzzled by the event but choose not to say anything for now. They also noticed Decim and Mitsutada on the counter side pretending not to see anything.
Chuuya and his company finished drinking while considerately stopping before they're drunk. This bar is not affiliated with Port Mafia so if they ever got drunk and leak some secrets it would be bad.
They bid they're farewell and walk back. Chuuya secretly noted himself to go see Rui tomorrow. Her reaction... seems to be related to his subordinates.

"Chuuya?"
Chuuya on his new bought pink-purple motorcycle came early in the morning today. It happen to be a rare holiday (which is why they plan to drink last night) and the thing yesterday was completely bugging him.
"Mind if I left this here? I wanted to talk with you for a while."
"Um."
Rui nods as she follows Chuuya to enter the bar.
*Cling~ cling~*
"Welcome, Chuuya-san"
"Ah. It's Chuuya~ You came to visit?"
"Well. Some business with Rui."
Chuuya sits on the sofa opposite Izaya and Rui also sits beside him. There's Yukito on the bar counter and Decim cleaning the cups, Mitsutada was probably on the kitchen.
"Rui... what happened yesterday?"
"Um..."
"Yesterday?"
"I've seen Rui looked at my companions yesterday and turn pale. I thought it was weird so I come to ask."
Chuuya explained to Izaya about yesterday night's events. Yukito who was also curious about the topic moves on Izaya's side to listen.
"Rui-chin did? Eh~ Rui-chin, did you 'see' anything~?"

Izaya gives Chuuya a smile but his black seems to be full of blooming black lilies.
*Cough* "I was just surprise. I didn't mean that. And, even if I'm mad, it's not towards you so don't be scared."
Chuuya turn his attention to Rui trying to explain himself. Rui seemingly look up to affirm his words and nods.
"I see Yokohama turning into chaos. The government will try to intervene and invite someone who'll bring even more chaos."
"You said my companions will die right? Can you see at which point of time?"
"I can't see that clearly. B-but there's fog. When they die, there's fog."
"Hmm~ I've never seen Rui-chin's precognition fail. If she sees it. It will definitely happen so it's better to get clues on how did they die to get out of the predetermined fate."
At this time Yukihiko speaks:
"How about trying to see even further? Rui didn't see Chuuya-san die, right? With his character, I don't think he will just standby after his companions got killed."
