Lycans Against The World

Dominic was fuming when I got back to the pack.

He got news that lab scientists and the lycans in the truck had vanished into thin air.

From what I heard he thought that it might have been rogues that might have ambushed them.

That means that I am off his radar for now.

I swiftly made my way to my office where Sally and Elias where seated awaiting my arrival.

"Hey guys" I breathed out after closing the door behind me.

"Took you long enough" Sally said.

"I made my way back immediately after he called" I explained to them.

"Whatever you say" rolling my eyes I plopped down into an armchair "So how did it go?" she asked.

"No slip-ups whatsoever?" Elias asked his gaze on the laptop in front of him.

It was only in moments like this that he looked serious and not the natural jokester he was.
