I’ll Defeat Myself: Ichiro

"I think I've been here long enough." Ichiro said, getting out of Hiromi's grip.

Ichiro readied a lightning spell and took aim at himself. Before Hiromi could even try to stop him, Ichiro fired a volt which sent him flying back. As he flew back he saw the world around him change. At first it was his family manor, then the cliff that changed his life, and finally a white void.

A complete copy of Ichiro sat across the room from him. It had an impressed look on its face as it picked itself up.

Ichiro looked down at where he had hit himself and saw that there was no giant hole in his body. He quickly let out a sigh of relief before jumping to his feet.

"It was nice to see her again, even if it was just a memory." Ichiro said, activating his aura.

The monster activated his aura as well and went into a fighting stance. Ichiro launched himself towards his copy and threw out a punch which ended up getting blocked.

Ichiro put both hands on the ground first and launched himself again at the monster. His two legs connected with the monster's chest which sent the shapeshifter, along with himself, flying.

"Lightning Jabs: Form Three." Ichiro thrusted his hand into the shapeshifter's stomach.

All while in the air, Ichiro moved his body above the shapeshifter and began throwing out jabs faster than the eye could see. Each jab pushed the shapeshifter closer and closer to the ground until finally being pushed into the ground.

"Volt Shock." Ichiro raised his open hand and aimed it at the shapeshifter who was still laying on the ground.

A large lightning shot out from Ichiro's hand and directly hit the shapeshifter, leaving him completely fried. Ichiro blowed the smoke that came from his bolt he shot.

"And that's the end of that. What now though?"
