"I had no idea you were so good at bargaining, Steven. Not to mention how good you are with picking out clothing." I said, looking down at my new attire.
Although my movement definitely felt restricted, it definitely felt nice to wear something new. Hell, Steven even found a way to make my torn up cloak fit in well with my outfit.
Steven's new attire fit him as well. He wore a white button up shirt along with black pants. He almost looked like he was in his twenties with that new outfit. Almost though.
"Emma's picky about what she wears so I had to get an eye for that kind of thing." Steven said, straightening his collar.
Fang even got a little tie around his neck in an attempt to fit in, though the chances of that working were slim.
"Say, how much time until we have to meet at the station?" I asked, looking around for a clock.
"Hm… I'd say about now considering how long it took to find this place." Steven said.
It had completely slipped my mind just how long it truly took for us to even arrive at the store. We had multiple people guide us as we walked through the town. Their kindness will not be forgotten.
"Now as in we need to start running or now as in we should begin heading over there at a comfortable pace." Fang asked.
"Now as in we start running."
I let out a small groan before turning towards the station which a sigh next to me pointed too. Without anymore delay, the three of us took off in a mad dash.
"We'll make it, right?" I asked, quickly maneuvering around people.
"Yeah, we'll even have a couple minutes to spare if we keep at the pace we're going at not." Steven answered.
