He narrows his eyes at her stress

Brithney instantly senses that something is not right. So she chooses her words rightly and swiftly records her vocals over on her desk work computer.

"Ok…so I'm…" she looks over at her room which is very unpacked then walks over and opens a file she collected from her.

"We talked about getting you a job so that you could get some air out of your cave" she diverts the talk and instantly Leonel snatches the phone out of his wife's hand and hangs up.

"Shirt!" Brithney cursed

I knew that demon was behind her sudden silence. What I'm I to do now? What if he harms her?

She lazily looks into the file on her hand and finds something pertinent.

How come I had it here all this time and never saw this?

She takes her time to research with other material she had. She discovers that Leonel wants to change his father's will. The same will she is striving to achieve.

*In the court*

"Why does he wants to change his dad's will?" Katty questions

"To use it against her" Ciara responds

"Or get something more… I think he is looking for something he still hasn't had a hold of. We need to find out what that is to know how to deal with his arranged plan" Apriva adds

Their eyes glee in unison "Where did you get that from?"

She stares at them purely unaware of how to respond

"Uhh…well, where all of you hacking one another's thoughts?"

The judge walks in and the rise then sit once settles himself

"Good day to all" he greets "We are here to appease the case of little innocent boy Jack from his mom and dad. May the accused take a position"

"Before we begin, I want to say, children are blessings and adorable little human who needs to be nurtured with care. So if we hereby find out the parents are not fit to take care of the child, we will take over from here and you both will lose your child. I will herebaskng the accuse to match forward and swear"

The case was postponed. At least they got time to think over their trail. However, Ciara is not pleased because she wanted everything done there and then.

"I have a bad feeling about our next meeting" Ciara lets out

"Remember what I told you Ciara…everything is going to be fine. Okay?" Katty says

"Didn't you hear what he said? He weighs me in this. While I'm just at a corner. And his lawyer was right. I-I'm not a good mom"

"Don't say that. You are the bravest mom I know" Apriva utters resting her hand over her shoulders.

"Yeah" Brithney responds with a faint smile. They turn their attention towards her in unison.

She fools with her glass of wine on the table before meeting their expectant gaze "What?"

They look at one another knowing before returning their look to her "You haven't told us what is going on with you-and Leonel's wife" Katty said

She sighs deeply, figuring how to tell them and where to start "She lied to him about getting groceries from the supermarket just because she wanted to see me. But little did she know he monitored her all these time"

"Did something happen to her?" Ciara questions

"Not yet. I fear she loses patients about what she discovered about him"

"What did she discover about him?" Apriva inquired

"He killed her first love"

They all gasp "This is a serious allegation. How did you know that?" Katty exclaimed

"It was so clear Katty. His dad chose to annex her boyfriend other than his son as the CEO of his biggest company. There's no way the Leonel I know will let that pass his way"

"Could this be the reason he wants to change his dad's will?" Apriva questions and everyone becomes silent.

Brithney stands with awe in her look "Exactly! He wants to get back his father's company!"

Katty frowns "But he has so many other companies he heads"

"The company he wants to have held has a great lifting in New York. Not the present one I work in. He is trying to get there so that he will be the ruler of the sub-sub-branches."

"This clarifies that the will-has something else in it. Something other than what he said. What if your parents are innocent? What if he threatened them to be silent?" Ciara alarmed

Brithney was dumbfounded.

"Yeah. Ciara may be right. Like-she always is so…who knows?" Katty took over.

"We must have hold of the will and expose him before he does anything. And so far only his wife can help us. She is the only one who knows his darkest secret and can help us" Brithney mutters

"Now that he knows about both of you, how do you meet her?" Apriva askes

"If the sea doesn't come to me, I go to the sea" Brithney parabolize

Katty chuckled, shaking her head "Gurl, don't do that"

Ciara brings up her attention to Katty disapprovingly "I agree with her. We must search for a way to get into that house as soon as possible. That's the only way we could see her"

"And how are we supposed to do that? Robe?!" Katty revokes

"Stop reasoning like a Robot Katty. There are many ways we can hack his property. We just need to think" Ciara mentions and the others nod in unison.

"I have an idea," Ciara says and everyone flashes her a gaze.

The bell rings and Leonel's wife moves towards the door with a pale face. She encircles her hand over the knob and opens it. Just when she does, her eyes catch Brithney's who is presently putting on a pizza delivery ware with a package of pizza in her hand. Her eyes ogle her in disbelieve and Brithney gestures with her finger against her lips and Mrs. Leonel shifts backward for her to get in.

Once she gets in and looks around she makes sure no one is peeping then closes the door.
