Second Year! Nabu Island Adventure! (Movie Saga)

The months passed, and before you know it, it was our second year as U.A. students! I couldn't believe how much we've already done; I honestly already feel like a Pro Hero!

"QUIT HOGGING UP THE DAMN BATHROOM KIRISHIMA!!" I could hear Bakugo yell while I was clear on the first floor.

"Oh, gimme a break..." I said to myself with a smile.

[A Few Minutes Later...]

We all got to our class, 2-A, and wondered if we would have a new teacher. We were all surprised to see Mr. Aizawa!

"Hello again, everyone. Welcome back." Mr. Aizawa greeted.

We all exploded with excitement, this was awesome!

And, as usual, "Alright, sit down and shut up."

We all quickly sat down and gave our full attention to Mr. Aizawa.

"So, today, you won't be learning anything new. The faculty and staff have been planning a simple trip to Nabu Island for you guys. It won't be anything major, no villains or any major disaster for you all to deal with. You'll be heading there to deal with minor tasks to get readjusted to your hero studies." Mr. Aizawa explained.

I liked that sound of that! Kaminari raised his hand slowly.

"Yes, Kaminari. What's your question?" Mr. Aizawa asked.

"When will we be going to this island?" Kaminari questioned.

"Right now." Mr. Aizawa informed us.

We all sat there for a second, then we all got up and went outside of the classroom.

"What do you think this place will look like?" Momo asked me as we were walking.

"Well, if there aren't any villains there, it must be a pretty small place. Quiet too, I'd imagine." I assumed.

We boarded a bus to head to the airport, it didn't take long before we got there. We all got on the plane, and in a matter of moments, we took off.

"Psst... Hey, Alyx." Kaminari whispered to me.

"Yes? What's up?" I whispered back to him.

He held out an earbud and with his usual shit eating grin, "I've got something for you to listen to."

I took the earbud from him and put it in my ear. He was still looking at me as he pressed play on the video. I sat there for a minute, what was this? This sounded vaguely familiar.

"You like it? It's called Ocean Man!" He told me.

I nodded, I looked over at Deku, "What the fuck is Ocean Man?! Is that an actual thing?"

Deku looked back over at me confused.

"Alyx! Language, please!" Iida told me telepathically.

I didn't realize I said that to everyone besides Kaminari. As I was sitting there listening to this, Kaminari was jamming out beside me.

"So, you like it?" He asked me.

I nodded at him, "It's good. Definitely not what I expected- What are you even doing?"

"Dude, I'm literally just grooving! It's fun!" He smiled.

I put my hand on my head, "Good grief... This is gonna be one long trip, isn't it?"

As Kaminari was still grooving out, I felt someone tap my shoulder.

"Hey, Alyx." Shoto whispered.

I turned over to face him. He looked like he wanted something from me.

"You can reconstruct things using your Quirk, right?" Shoto questioned.

"Yep, I can! What do you need?" I asked him.

He grabbed a bag of peanuts and handed it to me, "Could you remake these peanuts?"

I looked down at the bag, then back up at him. I think he might've misunderstood what I meant when I told him about it.

"Um... Shoto, I think you might've gotten my Quirk confused with Momo's." I laughed.

"Oh? But I thought you said you can reconstruct things?" Shoto replied.

"No, like... Let me put it to you this way, if you tore a piece of your seat and I used my Quirk to 'heal' it, it'll look as if nothing ever happened to it. I don't have any creative properties to my Quirk like Momo's." I explained.

"Do you want to try it out?" Shoto asked.

I was quiet for a bit and I looked at his seat and mine, "Alright, sure!"

I created a blade out of my Quirk, and I cut a piece of my own seat and set it on my arm rest.

"Okay, now watch this!" I exclaimed.

I put my hand on the seat piece and activated my Quirk, it went back into the same spot that it was in.

"Hmm... Alright, I see your point." Shoto nodded.

He leaned back into his seat. I couldn't wait to get to this island, I'd imagine it'd be the most peace we've had in a while. We finally landed on Nabu after what felt like forever. It was actually a pretty big island. Mr. Aizawa told us that this place hasn't had a single crime reported for 30 years now.

"It's kind of weird to not have a teacher around. What were we supposed to do again?" Sato wondered.

"We're going to set up a Hero Call Center. We'll be taking requests from the people on this island and help out as much as we can. Mr. Aizawa has already provided a place for us to stay." Iida told us.

This should be easy! How hard could this be?

[Several Hours Later...]

"Yo, Alyx! Someone called for you. They need some help with something. I don't remember what, but I've got the address!" Kirishima shouted to me.

He handed me a paper with the address written on it.

"Alright, I'll head over now!" I nodded.

When I got to the place, I noticed that someone's car was smoking.

"Hey! Are you with those heroes that set up shop here? Leonidus, right?" A man asked.

I turned over to look at him, "Oh, yeah! That's me! What seems to be the issue?"

"Well, my car's broken down, as you can see, and I can't do anything with it. I've tried pretty much everything, I can't exactly afford to fix my engine right now, so I was hoping you might have some ideas?" He explained.

We walked over to the car and opened the hood, smoke came out. I waved my hands in front of my face and coughed.

"Phew! This thing really is broken, huh? Hmm, I wonder..." I muttered.

I went into Mode Two and put my hands on the engine.

"W-Woah! Aren't your hands burning? Are you needing gloves or something?" The man questioned.

"I can regulate my body temperature once I use my quirk, it doesn't take anything out of me. Healing on the other hand, it takes a lot out of me. Which is what I'm gonna try and do." I told him.

"Dad! Dad! Is that Leonidus?!" I heard a kid shout.

I turned around and saw a boy standing there with a drawing, "Oh, apologies, my son's a huge fan."

"Yeah! I saw you at that Sports Festival and on the news! I drew this picture of you!" The boy grinned.

He showed me a picture of me against All For One. I have to say, the kid's a pretty talented artist!

"This is great! Give me a moment!" I beamed.

I pulled a pen out from my pocket and signed his drawing. I drew a small smiley face on the top right corner of his drawing.

"There, now you've got the Leonidus Stamp of Approval!" I smiled.

He looked down and gasped with excitement, "T-Thank you! Thank you Leonidus! I'm gonna frame this right now!"

"Hey, no problem! Anything else I can do for you guys?" I asked.

"No, but I really appreciated your help!" The man replied.

As I activated my Quirk, I turned around and put up a peace sign as I flew away and went back to the base. I had some more calls on my line. I had to pull a car out of some deep mud, put up a fence for someone, and a long list of other stuff. I had someone call and ask if I've seen some sort of arrow around town, which I declined and that was that. Then, I saw it... I just so happened to pass by the place as I ran into Kaminari at the same time.

"Yo, is something wrong, man?" He wondered.

"Are you reading what I'm reading? On that sign?" I responded.

Kaminari looked up and squinted his eyes, "Uhhhh... 'Nabu Island's First and Only Burger King'?"

"They don't have fast food anywhere else on this island. We HAVE to protect this place with our lives." I told him.

"Leonidus, y-you can't be serious! That's too dangerous! You could die!" He fretted.

I walked forward and held one of his hands then proceeded to speak in an extremely thick french accent.

"Don't worry, my love, if I have to sacrifice myself for the greater good... Then so be it." I quietly spoke.

He placed the back of his hand on his forehead as he leaned backwards, "You're so heroic, Leonidus!"

"What are you two doing?" I heard Tsuyu's voice.

Kaminari and I looked over at her, Mina and Uraraka and blinked a few times before answering.

"Oh! Hey, guys! I'm just telling Kaminari that I'm going to defend this Burger King with my life." I beamed.

"A-And the whole... Thing you just did?" Mina asked.

"What about it?" Kaminari replied.

"U-Uh... I... Never mind." Mina sighed.

"Anyways, what have you guys been doing all day today?" Uraraka bubbled.

We started walking back towards our base, "Not too much, at least, nothing that wasn't out of the ordinary. I had to help someone pull their car out of some mud alongside some other stuff."

"Oooo, that must've been interesting! I helped Deku and Jiro with quite a bit of stuff as well." Uraraka chirped.

"I am kinda wondering something though, how has this place been crime free for what? 30 years? You seriously can't tell me that something hasn't happened for that long." Kaminari piped in.

"Well, this place is pretty tight knit from everything I've read up on. I guess everyone here pretty much knows everyone! That's probably why." Mina assumed.

As we got to the headquarters, I stopped in my tracks before I entered, I looked over towards a smaller island nearby. Although it was faint, I felt some form of negative energy coming from that island. I shook it off and entered the headquarters to the smell of food.

"Hey! Look who's decided to join us! Why didn't you come in, bro?" Kirishima grinned.

"Yo! I got something in my eye before I came in, I think I got it out though, but I kind of doubt it." I chuckled.

I got sat down after changing out of my hero costume, I still didn't like the feel of that negative energy whatsoever. Why was it coming from that island?
