The Tournament Arrives! Alyx Leonidus Vs. Tomikoa Muteki!

I spent the next couple of weeks at the dorms. It didn't really feel like my eyes were getting better, then again, I'm used to healing my injuries right then and there. Iida and Momo have been telling me everything that Mr. Aizawa's taught since the day they went back. I've been in bed most of the day today since school isn't out for another few hours. I heard someone come into my room.

"Hey, it's me, I was just checking in on you. Also, I have some news if you haven't heard about it already." Mr. Aizawa announced.

Wait, what was he doing here at the dorms?

"I just wanted to let you know that next week we'll be holding a tournament against Shiketsu High. I know with this eye damage you have, you might not want to participate in it, which I understand." Mr. Aizawa explained.

"Well, if you're wondering if I wanted to be in it, then count me in!" I exclaimed.

"Are you sure? By then I'd imagine your sight would just now be returning, it won't be the best, so there would really be no point in taking the wrap off your face." Mr. Aizawa responded.

"Of course I am! If you think this'll make me give up fighting, then you're obviously underestimating me." I told him.

I could tell Mr. Aizawa was slightly grinning, "Good, glad to hear it."

As Mr. Aizawa left my room, I couldn't help but feel excited! I'm actually getting the chance to fight again! Hopefully my vision was clear enough for me to fight without having to use these damn wraps.

[One Week Later...]

Soon, the day of the tournament arrived. I asked Mr. Aizawa if whoever I'm facing, if they could list me as an unknown opponent. I really wanted to surprise everyone with my tournament entry! I sat there in a waiting room, I decided to take the wrap off of my face. I took it off and opened my eyes, luckily, everything was clear as day! Now I'm really excited about this match up! I waited for what felt like days before the final match-up. It was getting ready to start! It would be me against some kid from Shiketsu, I wonder who they were? As I was walking out to the arena, I heard Present Mic in the distance.

"From U.A. High School, He's known for his explosive speed and strength, AND he's the student who managed to prank death itself! Give it up for this Second Year, Alyx Leonidus!!" He announced.

I walked out, all of Shiketsu High, U.A., and every school was there in the stands! Even some pro heroes were there too! I didn't even realize how huge this place was! It felt like Ground Beta! I looked up at the stands, and found Momo and the others. I smiled and waved at them! They all looked excited and surprised to see me! I looked over to see who my opponent was. A familiar face stood across from me.

"And... From Shiketsu High... She's a fierce second year woman who's never lost a single fight in her life! Give it up for Tomikoa Muteki!" Present Mic announced.

I got into my fighting stance; the Shiketsu Gym Uniform looked really cool! I never thought I'd actually get the chance to fight her. If I remember right, she seemed to be rather strong when we met during the Provisional License Exam last year. I bet shes improved a lot!

"I can tell this'll be a good fight! Let's give it our best!" I smiled.

"The same with you, Leonidus." She smiled back.

She had a serious death stare look on her face, which was kind of intimidating! The rules of this fight were pretty much simple, the only way to win is if you successfully knock your opponent out OR they give up. It was tied between us and Shiketsu, making this final match the tiebreaker! As soon as the match started, I activated Mode Two and rushed her! She took my punch head on! I started my onslaught of punches and kicks, but she just stood there and took them all!

"Wow! Incredible! There's not a single scratch on her! How will this fare for U.A.?!" Present Mic announced.

"Woah, you really are strong, huh? This'll be interesting!" I beamed.

"I really don't have time for this. Let's get this going for real, shall we?" Tomikoa smirked.

She charged after me and punched me straight in the stomach! Not only was she tough, she was really strong too! She almost knocked me out of my Quirk! I rebounded by grabbing her arm and slamming her into the ground. She immediately jumped up and swung at me, I ducked it and kicked her in the stomach which sent her flying across the stadium! She hit the arena wall hard. As the smoke cleared, she pulled herself off the wall and brushed her shoulders off.

"Maybe I was wrong about you, Alyx. Back when we first met, I didn't think you could match up with me. I guess I assumed too much." She called out.

I smirked knowing that I've got her attention. It was liked she switched gears; her speed changed dramatically! Within seconds, she was in front of me, she hit me in the face with her knee, which sent me flying into the air. She jumped up into the air after me, she tried to punch me to send me back down to the ground, but I dodged it and caught her with an Overdrive Fist! But she took it head on! She held my fist back with her face and grabbed my arm, and punched me in the face! It felt like she was using my own move against me! I went flying back down into the ground.

"Woah! Things are not looking good for U.A.! Shiketsu's Tomikoa Muteki is on FIYAAH!" Present Mic shouted.

She landed back on the ground as I was slowly getting back up.

"Just give up, this fight is pointless. You aren't going to win anytime soon." Tomikoa shouted.

"D-Do you... Really think... That I'd give up so easily?!" I exclaimed.

She looked surprised, I guess she thought I was just gonna lie down and except defeat. I had a one more trick up my sleeve, but it might cost me! I stood straight up and activated Mode Two, I charged up using all the power I had.

"Really? Charging up isn't intimidating." Tomikoa crossed her arms.

I stopped and smirked, "Just wait!"

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath in as my Overdrive aura stayed around me.

"BOOST FIRE: TIMES 100!!" I shouted.

The rose-gold aura shot up and surrounded me alongside my Mode Two! Tomikoa stood there and watched, unimpressed.

"Whatever this is, it's not going to work. It'd be best if you forfeited, Alyx." She advised.

"You really think that this is it?" I asked her.

I got back into my charge up position, outputting more and more of my Quirk.

"DURAAAAAAAH!!" I shouted as I was outputting more of my Overdrive.

From the stands, Annie yelled down at me, "Alyx, stop! You're going to get yourself killed!"

At this rate, it was better than giving up! The entire stadium was shaking due to the amount of pressure I was putting out!

"HHRRRRRAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" I roared.

Tomikoa stood there and her eyes slightly widened, I felt my aura slowly start to rise higher and higher each second! I clenched my fists hard and grit my teeth.

[Flashback]

*THIRD PERSON*

"HAAAAAA!!!" Alyx roared.

Leonidus burst into Mode Five in front of his Father! His eyes widened as he saw the full power of his son. After a few seconds, Leonidus collapsed to the ground, his Father rushed over to him.

"That was incredible... I don't think I've ever felt a Heat Energy come off of someone like that before in years..." He muttered.

[Present Day]

*LEONIDUS' P.O.V.*

"DRRRRRRAAAAAHHHH!!!!" I thundered.

The pieces of debris that surrounded me started floating up into the air. Tomikoa actually stumbled backwards a bit! Her eyes widened as the entire stadium began to shake even more than before!

"W-What... What is this? This heat it's..." I heard her shout.

"MODE FIIIIIIIVE!!!" I roared!

My Overdrive & Boost Fire aura exploded! It lit up the entire stadium!

"OVERDRIVE: MODE FIVE!!!!" I yelled.

Tomikoa actually looked shocked! She charged right towards me with he fist reeled back.

"HURAAAAHH!!!" I screamed.

I darted towards her, she tried to hit me, but I was too quick for her! I lit her up with a barrage of strikes! I uppercut her into the air and I flew up after her.

"OVERDRIVE FIST!!!" I yelled.

I needed to hit her with one last move to finish the job! I had just the attack ready for her! Hopefully this would work...

"DIAMOND BUSTER... TIMES 10!!!" I shouted.

I put practically everything I had into this Diamond Buster and she hit the ground a few feet away from me! My Diamond Buster created a huge crater in the ground. I landed on the ground and my Quirk deactivated. I fell to my knees, that was kind of reckless of me to do that, but that should've done the job. I was breathing heavily, that took almost everything I had out of me!

"HOLY MOLY FOLKS!! LEONIDUS HAS JUST ABSOLUTELY ROCKED TOMIKOA MUTEKI!!" Present Mic announced.

I slightly smiled and laughed. I think I managed to do it! That really was intense, I don't think I've been put into a situation like that in quite some time. If I couldn't see at all, I doubt I'd be having any luck against her. I wiped the sweat off my forehead and looked over towards the crater I made. As the smoke cleared... Tomikoa was still standing?! Although she was roughed up a bit, she was still standing! But how? That attack should've knocked her out!

"Well, you actually managed to make me nervous, Not bad Leonidus. But it seems like you've run out of stamina, am I wrong?" Tomikoa asked.

I widened my eyes, as much as I tried to hide it, she read me like a book!

She grinned at me, "Good, this'll make this much easier!"

I could barely move at all, by the time I stood up, she had already made her way towards me.

"Sorry about this, it's nothing personal. I just have a thing against losing, that's all. You're a strong guy, I like that." She told me.

I looked down at her fist and noticed that she was using an Explosion Quirk! But how? Before I could muster the strength to do anything, she blasted me back with a gigantic explosion! I went flying into the stadium wall hard.

"Alyx! Can you continue?" I heard Midnight call out.

"Y... Y-Yes! I... I can!" I managed to shout.

I pulled myself off the wall and hit the ground. I struggled to get back up on my feet.

"U-Until... I'm not... B-Breathing..." I muttered, "I'M NOT GIVING UP!"

My Quirk intensified and Tomikoa looked on. She smiled and licked her lips. I threw off my U.A. Gym Uniform top and shirt since they were practically torn to pieces.

"Very well, I guess if this fight is going to go on, I should let you in on my Quirk." Tomikoa yelled over to me.

"My Quirk allows me to copy one move from my opponent. I've already copied moves from some of your classmates plus various villains that I've fought in the past." She explained.

No wonder why she was so strong! I guess that's why she hasn't lost a single fight!

"You've already copied my Overdrive Fist, when you punched me earlier, I could tell there was a huge difference in power. You definitely know how to fight, I like your style." I replied.

"Wow, U.A. does have smart kids. Impressive. I guess I shouldn't expect less from you, however." Tomikoa arrogantly complimented as she raised an eyebrow.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?! I'LL COME DOWN THERE AND KICK YOUR ASS!!!" Bakugo screamed.

We both looked up at the stands and saw Bakugo practically foaming at the mouth with rage as Kirishima, Sero, and Kaminari tried to hold him back from jumping down to the arena!

I turned back to Tomikoa and laughed, "S-Sorry about that, he gets a bit angry at times."

"I can tell, Let's go. I doubt these people are wanting to watch us talk for hours." She smiled.

She immediately charged after me. We collided with each other, and she was keeping up with my speed! Maybe it's one of those moves she's copied? Every strike and kick we threw at each other was met with a counter.

I backflipped into the air, "Stardust Shoot: Five Fingers!!"

I shot my Stardust Shoot at her, and it connected with precision! Impacting her like miniature fists! She rebounded and flew straight into me!

"Killer Lotus: Wonder Crusher!" Tomikoa shouted.

She hurled me into the ground with great force, then she jumped back up into the air and hit me with a beam of ice. I burst out of the ground and threw her into the air. I hit her with a barrage of punches and kicks before sending her back into the ground with a mighty kick to the back. She hit the ground hard, and I landed back down a couple feet away.

"So, are you sure you want to keep underestimating me?" I challenged.

As soon as I said that, the area around her exploded! I put my arms up to guard myself, the pressure she put out was insane! Was she using her full power already?!

"I... Won't... Lose!!!" She shouted.

She quickly ran towards me and knee'd me in the stomach, and then hit me with a punch that sent me flying. She was hitting a lot harder than before, and I didn't even know someone could hit this hard! I rolled on the ground after her punch, and got back up, but she was right in front of me and hit me with a flurry of punches. I couldn't do anything to counter her attacks, she hit me in right in the face, and I almost fell backwards. My vision was starting to get blurry, and right before I lost consciousness, I saw her prepare a move.

"It's over!!" She shouted.

I heard the entirety of U.A. High shout my name, "ALYX!!!"

My eyes... they wouldn't open, but I knew what this feeling was. I couldn't lose to someone as arrogant as this! She sent an earthquake move towards me; my body jumped forward out of the way of the attack.

"W-What? How?!" I heard Tomikoa yell.

I felt myself turn around to face her, I felt vibrations in the air and my body starting to dodging her strikes. My body side stepped one of her punches and round house kicked her in the face, sending her back. I took a deep breath in and then back out; my body was in control now. Which only meant one thing, victory was in my hands!
