Christmas Eve! Ski Lodge Date!

I finished up my Christmas shopping finally, I had to hurry up and wrap it all before the others returned. I can't believe I waited all the way until the day before Christmas to finish my shopping... After finishing up my present wrapping, I put them under the Christmas tree in the Common Room. It's hard to believe that this'll be our last Christmas together, but I'm sure we'll all get together some time to celebrate it. I called up Mandalay and the other Pussycats to arrange something.

"Hey! You've reached the Pussycats Agency, this is Ragdoll, how may I be of service?" Ragdoll answered.

"Hey, Ragdoll! It's Leonidus, I had a bit of a question. You wouldn't happen to be able to help me make tonight a romantic evening, could you?" I asked.

"Hmm, I suppose you're taking Creati out tonight? That sounds wonderful! I can most definitely do something for you, I'll inform Mandalay and the others. Thank you for calling!" She responded.

She hung up and I looked down at my phone. I went onto the internet and found the ring that I book marked, it was a really pretty emerald ring. Momo told me that she'd love to have it, so I was going to buy it tonight as an engagement ring. It would only cost me a grand total of ¥280,000, which wasn't that much comparing to the amount I spent on her last year. I wasn't entirely sure when I was gonna propose to her, it definitely wouldn't be tonight, it would have to be sometime after we graduate. I decided to have it delivered to the dorms.

"Hey, Mr. Aizawa, I'm getting something delivered to the dorms. It should be here sometime next week. Could you tell me when it gets here?" I telepathically informed him.

"Will do, thank you for telling me." He responded.

I was honestly really happy about this; I've been saving up pretty much every ounce of Yen I've gotten since last year. All I needed to do was figure out the right time to do it...

[Later That Night...]

I stood outside Momo's door, she told me that she was almost done getting ready for our date. I didn't tell her what we were doing, all I told her was that she needed to dress warm. She came out a bundled up and ready to go!

"Alright, you have everything?" I asked.

She held my hand, "I do now, let's go, I'd imagine you don't want to stay out for too long."

We walked downstairs and left the dorms. She hopped onto my back, I had to make sure that I was going in the right direction to that ski lodge! It didn't take us too long to get there either.

"Oh? We're going here? I've never went skiing before, this'll be quite interesting." Momo noted.

We landed down in front of the lodge, Mandalay was waiting for us outside, she had two snowboards for the both of us.

"Well, here ya go! You two have fun now, alright?" Mandalay bubbled.

I nodded at her and took the snowboard. Momo studied hers for a bit before taking it with her. We walked up the slope and she stared down at her snowboard. She furrowed her eyebrows and puckered her lips to the side as she put her feet into the straps on the board.

"I-I'm not so sure about this, it's a little nerve-racking if I'm going to be honest." Momo admitted.

"Well, I can help you out, you don't have to go down the slope fast." I chuckled.

I activated Gear One and floated upwards a bit. I placed one hand on her side and I held her hand with the other.

"Alright, are you ready?" I asked.

Momo nodded at me, "I'm ready."

She gently moved forward and she started to slide down the slope. I helped her keep her balance as we moved forward. She held my hand tightly as we started to gain speed. I slowly moved my hand from her side but kept following her, I relaxed my other arm, she was balancing herself quite well! Momo let go of my hand and flew down the slope! She was moving like a pro already! I followed suite on the snowboard Mandalay gave me. I quickly caught up to her.

"Hey, first one down the slope wins! No using our Quirks, either!" Momo shouted.

"Alright! You're on!" I smirked.

I zoomed past her, leaving her way behind me, "Ha ha! Eat that!"

I looked forward and saw a tree! Why is it that whenever I have the advantage, there's always something that's gonna stop me? I took a sharp right, instead of plowing straight through the tree. Momo came flying past me, I saw a smirk on her face as she looked at me. I narrowed my eyes and pushed myself forward. I got closer to her, I realized that there was a huge drop at the end of the slope, something that I don't think Momo knows about! I saw as she flew off the slope, I activated Gear Two and rushed to her. I caught her from falling to her death, we both looked at each other for a bit.

"That was close!" I laughed.

"Y-Yeah! Thanks for the save!" Momo laughed with me.

I carried her back to the edge of the slope. I looked down and saw that she no longer had her snowboard with her.

"Sooo, what shall we do about my snowboard, darling?" She wondered.

"Oh, that... Um...." I muttered.

I peered over the edge of the cliff, that thing was lost, that was for sure.

"We'll just tell her we kind of went a little crazy with it." I nervously laughed.

We walked up the slope together, I made sure to grab my snowboard before we returned to the lodge. I handed Mandalay my snowboard, she looked over at Momo and lowered one of her eyebrows.

"You went flying off the slope, didn't you?" She questioned.

"Yeah, I didn't realize how steep that incline was. I was darting down the slope before I knew it!" Momo confirmed.

"Well, don't worry about it, you'd be surprised how many people do that every week! Oh, before you two head off, I've been meaning to give you this." Mandalay chuckled.

She handed us two tickets for the lift that circled the lodge. Mandalay winked at me as we left the lodge. Momo pulled at my coat and puffed her cheeks out.

"Hm? What is it?" I asked.

"Can we get one?" She pointed.

There were a few games set up a few feet away from the lift. There was a plush cat that was rather long. It was about 90 centimeters long! Not to mention the thing was thick as my arm! Momo's eyes glistened as she smiled intensely at me.

"Good grief... Okay, let's go." I sighed and smiled.

We walked over to the carnival style game, "Hello there! Would you like to give it a whirl? All you gotta do it thwack this punching bag with your fist, and you'll win a prize!"

"Sure, I'll give it a shot." I responded.

I handed her ¥100 and approached the punching bag. I looked at the bag then back at the Game Attendant.

"How hard do I gotta hit this thing in order to win that plush cat right there?" I wondered.

"A score of 20,000, my good sir!" She informed.

20,000? I tapped the punching bag; the score went up to just 1,200. The Attendant's eyes widened and her mouth dropped.

"Y-You... Barely touched it..." She noted.

I handed her another ¥100, "Sorry about that, I was just testing it!"

Her shaky hand took my money and restarted the machine. The score went back down to zero, I faced the punching bag and reeled my fist back. I hit it as hard as I can, the punching bag went flying off its stand, and the score counter sparked and started to smoke.

"Alyx!" Momo gasped.

"O-Oh! I apologize, I guess I went a little overboard!" I rubbed the back of my head and laughed.

I looked over and saw that Attendant's left eye was twitching as she stared at me.

"Y-You... T-That... D-Do... E-Eh...?" She sputtered.

I reconstructed the machines before turning back to the attendant. She slowly handed us that plush cat. Momo held it tightly and grinned at it.

"Thank you!" I told the Attendant.

She slowly nodded at me and we made our way towards the lift. We gave another attendant our tickets and we boarded one of the cars. It took us into the air, we could see the entirety of Musutafu from here!

"Wow, the view up here is beautiful. I've never seen the city like this before." Momo marveled.

I looked out towards the city with her, it's hard to believe that I won't be here in a few months. Now that I'm thinking about it, why did I even buy that ring for Momo? I guess I forgot that I was moving, now I feel like an idiot for asking her Father if I could marry her...

"Alyx," Momo spoke up, "Thank you."

I looked over at her, she continued to stare out towards Musutafu.

"What for?" I asked.

"For saving me. I wouldn't be able to experience any of this if you hadn't been around. It's almost as if someone intertwined both of our fates together, you know? I guess what I'm trying to tell you is that without you, I think I'd be a completely different person. Maybe I wouldn't even be alive anymore if not for you. So..." Momo explained.

She faced me and smiled, "No matter what you think, whatever anyone else might think... No matter where you may be at on the Hero Billboard Chart in the future, just know, you'll always be my number one hero!"

I closed my eyes and smiled as I hugged her. I held her tightly as I felt a tear roll down my face.

"Thank you, Momo." I spoke softly.

"You're welcome, my love." She cooed.

I closed my eyes and buried my head into her shoulder. She leaned forward a bit towards me.

"You're still using my bodywash, aren't you?" Momo giggled.

"You have clothes, makeup, shampoo, conditioner, and that all in my room. Your bodywash is legit the only thing I can use and you're complaining about that?" I responded.

"Heavens no, I'm not complaining about that. I'm wondering why it's half empty every time I buy a new bottle." Momo told me.

"...Reasons." I muttered.

[That Said Reason...]

"HA HA! Bubble mustache!" I beamed.

I made a mustache out of the bubbles from Momo's bodywash. This stuff smelled really good! My bathtub was filled with bubbles on the sides and the floor. I styled my hair like All Might's and marked my face with bubbles.

"I AM HERE!" I grinned.

There was a knock on my bathroom door, "Darling? Are you almost ready?"

My eyes widened and I quickly looked over at the door, I quietly crept back into the bathtub.

"Y-Yeah! I'm just finishing up!" I replied.

[Yep, All Might and Bubble Mustaches...]

"Reasons? What would that be exactly?" Momo smiled.

"Uhh... Because it reminds me of you!" I lied.

Momo sat back a bit and looked at me, "That's just one of the reasons, isn't it?"

"Look! Someone's not supporting the economy!" I diverted her attention.

"What?!" She exclaimed.

Her head quickly turned around to face the direction I pointed in.

"I make bubble mustaches and pretend I'm All Might with the bubbles I make from your bodywash!" I quickly admitted.

Momo turned around and lowered her eyebrows, "R-Really? Is that the truth?"

I looked to the side as I felt my face heat up, "Y-Yeah... It is..."

"D-Darling..." She muttered.

I locked eyes with her, I thought she was gonna be weirded out or something, but she started dying of laughter. I tilted my head a bit, at least she wasn't upset? She wiped tears from her eyes and caught her breath.

"Oh goodness, that's the cutest thing I've ever heard in my entire life!" Momo bubbled.

"You aren't weirded out?" I wondered.

"No, of course not! If you were anything like Mineta on the other hand, and if we weren't together, I'd most definitely have you slain with my own hands!" Momo chirped.

That was both reassuring and unsettling! The lift made its way back down to the lodge, we exited the car and walked into the lodge for some hot chocolate. We sat down on one of the couches in the main lobby. Pixie-Bob came over and gave us cups of hot chocolate, I had little marshmallows in them that looked like the Pussycats themselves!

"You had this all planned out, didn't you?" Momo questioned.

"Not really? I talked to Ragdoll the morning, I guess they kind of planned this out themselves!" I told her.

She scooted closer to me and rested her head on my shoulder. I used my Overdrive to warm her and I up a bit, I glanced to the side and saw her warm looking smile as she gazed out of the lodge window. Momo was definitely someone I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. Not that I'll get the chance to after I graduate from U.A. I rested my head next to the top of hers, one thing was for certain, I was gonna make these the best days of my life.

So, I'm going to be going through the seasons until the actual graduation for Leonidus and Class 3-A. This should end around the last week of March or mid April, I plan on releasing a chapter that takes places 7 years after their graduation, this sets up the potential second "My Hero Academia: The Overdrive Hero" that follows Leonidus' and Yaoyorozu's children, Mabel Leonidus specifically. As for the main antagonists, they'll mainly be up against the Eight Precepts of Death and a new leader! With that being said, I wanted to take the time to give a huge thank you to everyone that's supported me so far! I'm really honored that it's gotten this well received and liked.
