During the train ride, Mika looked through the window; she was in awe. Koji turned to Mika, "You seem to get excited on something that's so subtle." he said. Mika turned to Koji and blushed a bit, "Well... it's my first time going to the Tohoku region." she said.
Mika sat in her seat, "Like I said back in class, my parents don't like to travel." she continued, "Well... mostly my dad doesn't like to travel, because he fears that I'll get taken away from a villain and disappear for a long time."
Koji nodded, "That makes sense." he said, "Parents worry about their children, especially dads." Mika sighed, "I know, but I wish he didn't have to worry all the time." she said.
Mika clenched her fists, "I plan on becoming a hero, damn it." she continued, "And I can't have him be a worry-wart on something like that all the time."
Koji nodded, "At least he allowed to take a hero internship outside of Tokyo." he said. Mika turned to Koji and smiled a bit, "Yeah... I'm glad about that too." she said.
Koji smiled a bit and noticed a tunnel, "I think we're getting close to the city." he said. Mika turned her head to the window with a big grin. As they saw the city, Mika was in awe; Koji turned to her and smiled a bit.
When the train got to the station, it came to a stop, "Arrived at Yamagata city." the intercom said; Koji stood up and got his hero case.
Koji turned to Mika, "Come on, we need to get to Sensei's hero agency." he said. Mika nodded, "Right." she said as she grabbed her belongings and they left the train station.

They stood at the front of Cementoss's hero agency. Mika was in awe, "This is Sensei's hero agency; this is exciting." she said. Mika turned to Koji, "Are you ready?" she asked; he nodded as they walked towards the hero agency.
Cementoss opened his agency door and spotted them, "Welcome to my hero agency." he said, "How was the train ride?" Mika smiled, "It was great, Sensei." she said; Cementoss smiled, "Good to hear." he said, "Let's go inside, we have a lot to do."
They nodded, "Yes sir!" they shouted as they entered the agency. Mika looked around, "This is the inside of a Sensei's hero agency... it looks nice." she said; Koji nodded in agreement.
Cementoss looked at them, "Now then, you two will do a lot of work on your battle techniques that will help you with your Quirks." he said, "Are you prepared?"
They nodded, "Yes sir!" they shouted; Cementoss smiled, "Good, get changed into your hero costumes." he said. Cementoss turned to Mika, "And Lyoko, you can put your luggage in the changing room you use if you like." he continued.
Mika nodded, "Thank you, Sensei." she said; Cementoss guided them to the changing rooms. Soon after, they looked at Cementoss in their hero costumes, "Now then, let's try to see if we can work on some battle techniques." he said.
Cementoss turned to Mika, "Lyoko, I would like you to transform into your tiger hybrid form." he continued. Mika nodded as she transformed into her tiger hybrid form.
Cementoss placed his hands on the ground and created a small cement pillar, "Now let's see how strong your claws are." he said, "Scratch the pillar."
Mika nodded as her sharp claws came out. Mika charged towards the pillar and scratched it sideways. The pillar didn't show much claw marks, surprising Mika.
Cementoss nodded, "I see... and this is how you usually scratch your foes." he said. Mika nodded, "I always trusted something like that." she said. Mika looked at her hand, "I guess I can't rely on that anymore." she continued.
Cementoss nodded, "Have you tried some uppercut-like attack with your claws or do a downward attack like a cat would fight?" he asked.
Mika looked at Cementoss, "To be honest, that never crossed my mind." she said. Cementoss nodded as he created two more cement pillars, "Try doing that." he said. Mika nodded as she got her sharp claws out again.
Mika scratched one pillar with a downward scratch. It showed more claw marks than the first one. Mika was shocked and looked at her claws, "Interesting..." she said lowly. Mika turned to the other pillar and scratched it with an uppercut like attack, leaving some good marks.
Mika smiled a bit, "When I saw you fight during the tournament, you fought like a human when you should actually fight like the animal you chose." Cementoss said, making her turn to him. Mika tilted her head, "What do you mean, Sensei?" she asked.
Cementoss got serious, "Your Quirk allows you to transform into a hybrid or an animal, but you always compare yourself to nothing more than a human." he said, "You should allow the animalistic side within you make you greater than when you fight as a human."
Mika had her hand on her chin, "I never thought of it like that." she said. Cementoss nodded, "This is one reason I chose you for the hero internship, I want you to understand more." he said.
Cementoss looked at Mika and Koji, "I want both of you to understand your Quirks and the potential you both have on becoming great heroes." he continued. Mika and Koji looked at each other; they turned to Cementoss and nodded.
Cementoss smiled, "Now then... how about we do some patrolling." he said. Mika smiled, "Yes sir!" she shouted; Koji nodded. Cementoss nodded, "Let's get to it." he said as he walked towards the door. Mika used her collar as she turned back to normal and they followed him.

They walked on the sidewalks and looked for any villains. The people on the sidewalks stared at them; Mika blushed a bit. Cementoss turned to Mika, "I'm guessing you're not used to wearing your hero costume in public?" he asked.
Mika looked down and nodded, "I've heard that looks are an advantage for female pro heroes, but this seems too embarrassing." she said. Cementoss nodded, "It's a good thing I got to you first than the other heroes on your draft." he said.
Mika looked at Cementoss, "How so, Sensei?" she asked. Cementoss looked forward, "Well... if I didn't give you the offer, then the first hero who would've recommended you would've been the Snake hero: Uwabami." he said.
Mika was shocked, "The Snake hero would want me for her hero internship." she said; Cementoss nodded, "That's right." he said.
Mika had her hand on her chin, "If my memory serves me correctly, she's very popular on TV and-" when she thought of herself showing off something on TV in her hero costume with Uwabami, she blushed a lot.
Mika quickly waved her hands, "W-Well, I'm lucky that I didn't get a hero internship with her." she said. Koji looked at Mika, "*Didn't Yaoyorozu get an internship with the Snake hero?*" he signed.
Mika looked at Koji, "Now that you mention it, I believe she did." she said. Mika looked down, "Now I feel bad for Momo." she continued, "I feel like she won't do a lot of stuff on her hero internship."
Cementoss turned to them, "I know you two want to talk but do it after the patrol, okay." he said as he looked forward. They looked forward and nodded, "Right... sorry, Sensei." Mika said as they returned to the task at hand.

When they returned to the hero agency, Mika trained on her attacks with different animal hybrids and Koji worked on some strategies with the animals around the agency.
Cementoss entered the area and smiled a bit, "I'm glad you two are working hard on your Quirks and battle techniques." he said, making them turn to him, "How about we call it a day and we'll continue this tomorrow."
Mika nodded and bowed to Cementoss, "Thank you, Sensei." she said; Koji did the same thing. Cementoss nodded, "I'll see you two tomorrow." he said as he walked off.
Soon after, Mika stretched her arms as she got out of her hero costume and in her casual clothes, "Hey Lyoko." she turned to Koji, "Where do you plan on staying?"
Mika rubbed the back of her neck, "Well... my dad gave me some cash that could help me get into a cheap hotel for the week." she said, "Why do you ask?"
Koji blushed a lot and fiddled with his thumbs, "I-I was thinking... maybe... y-you could stay at my place for the week." he said lowly. Mika blushed a bit and looked away, "Um... I don't know... I'd have to text my dad to see if he's alright with it." she said.
Mika got her phone out and texted Saburo. When Mika saw Saburo's response, she smiled a bit, "Sweet! He's fine with it." she said; Koji was shocked, "R-Really." he said.
Mika nodded and showed Koji the text, "I even told him it was your place instead of a cheap hotel and he's cool with it." she said; he smiled a bit, "Al-Alright!" he said.
Koji got his phone out of his pocket, "I-I should probably text my mom about this." he continued. Mika nodded as she locked her phone and put it back in her pocket, "If my memory serves me correctly... you live in the Iwate Prefecture, right?" she said.
Koji finished his text, "Y-Yeah... we better hurry to the train station." he said. Mika nodded as she grabbed her belongings, "Lead the way." she said; Koji nodded as they left the hero agency.
