The batmobile made it's way around Gotham, searching for especially violent areas. The entire city was beginning to be plunged into pure chaos. And it didn't help that the news was fanning the flames.
"Today the protests become more widespread than ever." Jack Ryder said over the batmobile's radio. "As they've taken over the dreaded police station, the cops can't oppress them."
Bruce, disgusted, turned off the radio. He pulled over and got out.
"Stop!" Bruce yelled at a criminal who was about to stab someone.
"Eh, more scars for me." said the criminal.
They engaged in a battle. It wasn't looking good at first but eventually Bruce overpowered and knocked out the crook. Then he got back in the batmobile.
He turned on the communicator in his cowl.
"Alfred, I need intell on Anarky." Bruce said.
"I'm sorry, sir," Alfred responded. "but I can't find anything. No ID, no records, no prior arrests."
"Well keep looking." said Bruce as he hung up.
Suddenly he saw something in the sky. A silhouette of a bat coming from GCPD.
Jim Gordon was standing on the roof of the police department next to his makeshift "bat signal".
"What do you want?" asked a mysterious voice from the shadows.
"When I saw some thugs headed here, I came to protect it." Gordon explained. "I ended up being the last cop standing. And I overheard them saying where Anarky's hiding out."
"Where?" Bruce asked, coming out of the shadows.
"The monarch playing card company." Gordon replied.
"Thank you." Bruce exclaimed.
He made his way to the playing card company where he found Anarky on the top level.
Bruce silently took out his guards and landed in front of Anarky.
"Anarky! Stop this madness!" Bruce demanded.
"Oh, I don't think so." Anarky attacked Bruce.
They struggled for a while and made it to the roof. The rain began falling as our hero and villain battled it out.
"What's wrong with you?!" Anarky yelled. "I'm a hero. I'm fighting for civil rights!"
"You claim to fight for civil rights but you're just using it as an excuse to riot." Bruce retorted. "That's not heroic, that's just selfish!"
"Who are you to accuse me of being selfish?!" Anarky asked.
"I am Batman!"
Thunder crackled as they battled it out. Bruce punched his mask off to reveal he was a teenager.
"You're just a kid?" Batman asked.
"I'm a force to be reckoned with!" Anarky screamed.
He leapt up to attack but Batman knocked him unconscious.
