Thus, he had become a famed speedrunner known as HypeBeast27. Unfortunately though, due to his strict academic responsibilities, he faded into obscurity, becoming a mysterious legend amongst the hardcore gamers of the world.

And now, he finds himself at a crossroads.
Will he continue on the path of higher education, living a simple yet successful life? Or, will he take a gamble and become a pro gamer, opening the gates that could fulfill his wildest fantasies?

Conquest Carnival: Two Worlds Collide

"As you might have already guessed, Dilan here will be your Overseer until someone better manages to appear, or he becomes a Core Disciple."


"What a studious bunch. To think such a large group could contain so many at once."


"Seeing the evident confusion on so many faces means I'll have to explain his role somewhat," she said with a sigh.


"Dilan will essentially be an intermediary between you all and myself. If a problem arises, you go to him, and if the problem is beyond his capabilities, he will come to me. If interpersonal problems arise, you will go to him to settle them if you're incapable of settling it yourselves. There is of course more to it than that, but that's all you lot will need to know for the time being."


Somewhere towards the end of the brief explanation, Zack finally managed to shake off the disorientation. He groaned to himself after realizing he couldn't just learn stuff willy nilly and had even more responsibilities.
