"You have a crush on me. How pathetic, what makes you think I will accept love confession of someone like you?"
Ying Yue was bewildered, she blinked her eyes to clear her vision and focused on the person in front of her.
Who is this brat? And was he talking to her in that way?
"I helped you once and you think I like you. Let me clear you of this misunderstanding I have high standards and you little vermin are poor standard."
Ying Yue wanted to teach this whippersnapper a lesson. She was thinking:
Who was is he?
.
Why was she here?
.
Wasn't she dying?
.
Hadn't she died?
She searched her memory to find about this brat but was interrupted by the brat grabbing her arm.
"Hey! Are you listening?"
Grabbing the brat's wrist with greater force she freed her arm and glared at the boy infront of her. Grabbing the collar of the brat she lifted him of the ground with his feet barely touching the ground and his legs dangling. Closing the distance between them with her face few inches away from his face.
"Now listen here you brat...."
She stopped in shock her voice was high-pitched like a pre-pubertal voice. Dropping the brat has she came in terms of what was happening.
The brat took advantage of her shock, the fear was rolling of off him in waves and he had emptied his bladder, he ran away crying.
Ying Yue diverts her attention towards her hands and noticed that they have shrunken and were scar free. The scars that her siblings have given her were absent. She finally remembered who was that brat from before; Mitsuo; her crush in primary school.
She was getting more confused as time was passing by, she should be dead and now she is standing here infront of this brat being down-talked again. Her gaze swept the surrounding taking in any clues which can help her. She found that she was in a familiar place, a familiar street; the street from her childhood memories with her mother. She can not believe what was happening and was muttering in shock;
.
How?
.
Why?
Ignoring those questions she calmed her erratically beating heart. She didn't care about those questions anymore, she had a chance to correct her biggest mistake and mend the broken bond between a mother and a daughter and to strengthen it to an extent that it becomes unbreakable.
.
It was an opportunity that she wouldn't let go to waste!
.
This was great!
.
She went back!
.
Yes! She went back!
.
She can improve her future!
She felt like laughing out loud but didn't want to give the passer-by an idea that she was crazy.
