"No need to say that Miss Yu Yan! I am glad that you like it. Here is the contract you can see that it exactly how you wanted it I didn't change a single line."

After reading the contract she nodded in agreement and signed the deal and handed over the check.

"Well Miss Yu Yan it has been a pleasure working with you but now I have to go. My best wishes are with you may you prosper. If you need anything you can contact me on this number." With that he handed her his business card and left.

Yu Yan was very pleased with the way things had turned out. She went outside and saw the label 'Yu-Ying Bakery' and gave a big smile, her heart soared with happiness. She has finally opened her own small business.

Going in she started baking. Once done with baking she put the bread, cookies, muffins and donuts on the counters. She decided to start with these four dishes before adding others has time went by.

Her efforts were rewarded when some moms from the neighbourhood decided to try her goods and said that were the freshest that they have tried so far, happy with the remarks she nodded and gave them their things.

And soon when the lunch time approached the students who were let out came and made  purchases. As they left she saw that only one bread loaf and two donuts were left, quickly packing them she cleaned whole shop before closing it and going to her next part-time job.

She had made up her mind once the business in her shop starts she will leave this job after a week. And once she started getting stable regular customers she will leave the other job too. This way she can spend more time with her little Ying Yue.

After finishing her second part-time job she went back to her little bakery and grabbed the stuff she had packed before closing the bakery again and leaving for home.
