CHAPTER 5#

The matter was settled but it took its heavy toll. Robin was reduced to a lump of flesh. The intense tension, anxiety, physical assault, mental torture made him sick. His heart was affected resulting in the first attack, he had anxiety attack and the resultant depression, he lost memory and developed forgetfulness.

He became so week that he was not able to walk properry. Generally his wife used to run the shop.

Once Robin sat in the shop, as his wife was busy otherwise. A young man came to purchase something, he gave him the payment after getting the item, and he was to receive some change from him. But Robin sat quietly , and he forgot that he has to return him some amount.

The youth demanded but he kept saying that he didn't pay anything extra. The youth, who was already in a bad mood, started arguing and raised his voice, and was shouting angrily. This created fear in Robin, he fell from his seat and collapsed on the spot.

Two more customers happened to reach the shop exactly at that moment when the youth was shouting loudly at Robin just before his death. When they saw that Robin was lying dead, they charged the youth with the murder.

The youth named Bright, was so shocked of Robin's sudden collapse, tried to convince that he didn't even touch Robin physically, he only argued with him. He asked." How can a person die of mere argument?

Robin's wife who came out hearing the sudden chaos was shocked to see her husband lying on the floor. She was angry with Bright who had shouted at Robin, who was so old. When she checked his pulse, she noticed it had stopped and he wasn't breathing.

She screamed out his name and started crying miserably.

Then Robin's wife glared at Bright and accused him who kept on denying his fault. She shouted and said, " It was quite evident that he was extremely sick and forgetful, he was very afraid of anything, you shouldn't have shouted at him. Oh, now what am I going to do without him. "

While she was moaning Robin's death, the people had informed the police and Bright was arrested immediately.

He, however, later on came out on bail but murder case was registered against him. He was extremely worried and scared about it.

Actually, Bright is a 23 years university student and staying in a dorm with another guy who was his roomate . Bright is normally a very happy-going guy but that day he was in very bad mood because he had lost his assignment file so he had to redo it within one day.

Bright and his roommate, generally, study upto 12:30 am then go to sleep. Before going to bed they check that lights have been duly switched off, doors have been bolted from inside and the windows are open for air.

After studying upto 12.30am, they went to bed and fell asleep. Bright's roommate woke up at about 3am and found that all the lights were on. He went to the wash room, switched off the lights and came to the bed and slept off.

After about 40 minutes, Bright woke up and saw that all the lights were still on. He sighed and switched off the lights and slept off.
