Three Years After Game/Movie Was Supposed To Happen

I smiled as Nyx came out, softly kissing my head, then looked up from my book as he set the coffee down on the table.

"Good morning, baby girl." He whispered then I smiled as he softly kissed me.

"Good morning, Captain." I smiled then he grinned as he sat on the balcony next to me.

"It feels good to be the captain finally." He said then I laughed as I set my book down and grabbed my coffee, sipping at it so that I didn't burn myself.

"Well, you've been with the Kingsglaive for so long, it's only right. Cor was right to appoint you second captain." I said then looked at our new apartment, which was still in the process of being set up.

"I wanna change it." I looked at Nyx then saw him looking in the direction of the Immigrant District.

"I wanna fund more schools, jobs, all of it." He said and looked at me.

"And you, your shop is right on the edge-"

"Iris and Cindy-"

"You don't have to go to the shop everyday, sweetheart! Just-just help me give money back to my people, our people!" He said as he turned to me, making me smile as I set my mug down.

"Nyx Ulric, my sweet, amazing, and kind captain." I whispered as I grabbed his cheeks then I softly kissed him, making him smile as he grabbed my arms.

"If it'll help our people, I'll happily do it." I whispered against his lips then laughed as he kissed me again, his arms wrapping around my neck as he did.

"Good afternoon, Miss Demose." I waved to the woman at the front desk, Ingrid something, then went to the Glaive area and saw Nyx talking to the new recruits as I came in.

"And she will knock you off balance, that's her-" He stopped as he saw me then I saw his eyes light up, but I noticed Crowe and Libertus smirking as they saw how in love their friend was even after all these years.

"That's her specialty." Nyx finished then I went over and smiled.

"Here, I made your favorite." I handed him the lunch bag then turned to the recruits.

"So, who's first?" I smirked then noticed quite a few worried looks.

Nyx's POV

I chewed the piece of steak as I watched Sorren question the recruit, his chair rocked back and resting against her stomach as she stood behind him.

"So, when are you two getting married?" I looked at Crowe confused but she rolled her eyes.

"Nyx, you two live together and have lived together for the last year and a half!"

"And you've been dating for three years, almost four." Pelna said and I sighed.

"We aren't ready for that-"

"You're thirty three, she's thirty one. You had better be ready for it soon." Cor said as he came over, but I leaned back in my seat and shrugged as Sorren let the guy's chair down and dismissed him.

"So? We'll get married when we're ready." I said then she came out and sighed as she sat with her notes.

"So, Miss Demose?" I smirked, but her look told me it wasn't good.

"Nyx, one of your recruits is Drautos' son." She said then I looked at the boy she was eyeing. He sure as hell looked like his dad, I'll give him that.

"What are we going to do?" Libs asked, but I shook my head and stood.

"Nyx, don't!" Sorren stood then I looked at her as she stepped in front of me.

"Let me talk to him, but you need to sit your ass down and stay. Got it?" She said and I knew what she was going to do. It was a tactic her and I agreed on if we thought there would be a traitor in the Glaive again.

Sorren's POV

I went to the recruit then cleared my throat as I made sure to flash my cleavage, making him stare.

"It's uh... It's Korder? Korder Drautos, right?" I asked and he nodded as he slowly ran his eyes over me, his friends eyeing him as the older Glaives knew not to question me. I sat next to Korder then smirked.

"You know, I heard your dad was Titus Drautos." I said and he snorted.

"My dad was a good man! That bitch who put him away, I'll get her! I've got friends in high places with Niflheim, he'll be free and we'll get what he wanted three years ago." He said and I nodded as I stood, sitting on his leg.

"And this... bitch, what will you do with her?" I asked as his arm went around my waist and I had to force myself not to snap it in two.

"I'll make her regret ever hurting my dad." He said then I stood.

"Then make me regret, you shit." I said and his eyes went wide, but he was too slow. I grabbed his arm then yanked him forward, slamming him to the ground and kneeling on his back as the veteran Glaives came over.

"Korder Drautos, you're under arrest for attempted treason." Nyx said then I leaned down next to Korder's ear.

"And for being a perv!" I spit then got off him as Miles and Pelna grabbed him.

"Thanks, Sorrentina." Cor said then I sighed, going to Nyx and stopping right next to him.

"Wanna help me forget his touch?" I whispered then felt him smirk against my neck as he bent his head over my shoulder.

"Home, an hour?" I whispered then softly kissed his cheek and pat his chest.

"I'll see you later, honey." I said then he smiled as he watched me go, but I heard Korder yelling about revenge as I left the Citadel, heading to the apartment to get ready. Of course, Nyx would want to get right to it so I went ahead and got a shower, shaved, and put on one of his shirts with a pair of panties. I wanted to get right to it too.
