Weaknesses

Weakness, according to Merriam Webster's Dictionary, is a quality that prevents someone from being productive.

We all have our weaknesses such as hard skills (writing, mathematics, spelling, etc.), soft skills (patience, creativity, humor, taking risks, etc.), academics, interpersonal skills, and work ethics, but these weaknesses can be bearable, but it depends on you.

In job interviews, the interviewer or H.R will question you about "what are your weaknesses?" Do not say negative words like "I'm a failure and weak" because that would lead to unemployment because they already know your weakness, so it means that they will be disappointed if they will hear the negative word, instead, tell the H.R that you don't see your weaknesses as a weakness but you see it as a strength because it serves as a challenge that we must face all the time.

I also have weaknesses like facing lots of crowds because I have stage fright, speaking in public, reporting. I'm shy, I'm not sociable, and many more, but these weaknesses are bearable for me. In our school, we had our final exam which is to have a TED talk, you will talk in public with lots of crowds watching and listening to you in front, and that is mostly my weakness. I don't want to talk in front of a big crowd, I'm shy, but I calmed myself, inhale and exhale, I told myself to relax and say "I can do this" When I'm in front of the crowd I felt very nervous, but at the end of the public speaking, I felt relieved, I overcome my weakness, and I felt happy and proud of myself. I then realized that you have to face your weaknesses because the result will shock you.

Keep this in mind that you can do things you cannot do. Believe in yourself that you can do it. Make it happen. Make the impossible, possible. Do not flight but fight your weaknesses. That would be the best advice I can give.

"Build your weaknesses until it becomes your strength,"

"Stay positive as always,"

"Overcome your weaknesses and become stronger,"
