You Are Not Alone

Have you ever thought that you have no companion? Have you ever felt lonely, and you have no one to talk to? And you feel alone in your problems and loneliness? Sometimes, we isolate ourselves for a reason, like you have a problem, and you have no one to talk to or you feel left out and not part of the group, and you feel lonely and alone thinking about it. We feel lost, and it's like we are far from reality because we keep on thinking negatively. Always remember that we are not perfect, we make mistakes, and such, do not just focus on the negative side, but rather, on the positive side. Keep in mind that whenever you have problems in your life, do not keep it to yourself, but rather share it with your friends because they might help you. It's not good to keep it and lock yourself in your room, be brave, and face the challenges that are ahead of you because being brave makes you stronger and facing the trials in your life.

Some people, they tend to post on their socials about their problems and experiences. For me, posting on social media is helpful. Sometimes, the internet is a lonely place, you can type what's in your mind, and the people will just read it or what, but it's a good thing because you are expressing your emotions. It's like you are writing a diary, but everyone can read it. Social media are like your friend. You are not alone because they are there. When I feel alone and no one to talk to and share my problems, I go to Twitter and Facebook. They are like my lifesavers, I don't usually post on Facebook, but in my Twitter account, I can say that it's like my diary, as all of my problems and insights about something are there, I would write it there, to feel at ease a little.

The best way not to be alone is to share your problems with your friends. It eases the pain because your friends try to understand you and they are a big help to you. Telling all your feeling to them and they will advise you regarding your problem. Whenever I have a problem, sometimes I will keep it to myself because I can handle myself and my problems, but there are times that I need my friends to encourage me that "everything will turn out well" and "It's going to be OK" because there are times that I really can't take it anymore and I wanted a shoulder to lean and cry on. Our family also is a great motivator because whenever you have a problem, and you want to share it with them, they are always there with you, but not all parents are like that (not my parents), but you have a second option, you have your friends that are there by your side always. By sharing your problems, it turns out great, and it's a good thing because it's like a kind of therapy for our mental health, which is very important nowadays, and you and your problems will normalize.

I watched TED talks these days because I find it very interesting and very inspiring, and you feel motivated when watching the video. The man says an inspirational line, "In the midst of it all, we hold on to other people, made of small things and moments, but it's a tiny light in all darkness" In our lives, we are sometimes consumed with darkness, and a tiny light can make a difference in our lives, it's like the light represents the positive side and hope. As they say, "There's always light after darkness,"

According to Deepika Padukone, "Realize that you are not alone, that we are in this together and most importantly that there is hope" You are not alone, God is there with you, to understand you and to be with you in every trial and challenges of life. Keep in mind that there is someone out there who cares.
