(9) Out To Eat

I shake Ang and Rex, while Coreen goes and finds her brother and the guy Ang was with. Once both of my friends are up we head outside to see the rest of us there. Coreen runs towards me and Angie locks the door for me.

"Does anyone have any ideas of places to eat? That's actual food.", I ask everyone before adding the last bit.

No one says anything which is fine for now; I detected Coreen passed out in my arms. Quietly putting her in the backseat and buckling her up then quietly as much as I could with a car door. Turning to everyone else, to see them looking up; I also look up to see it's about to rain. Rex gets in the back while the rest of the stay outside.

"What if we went to Grand Harvest Castle?", Ang asks.

"What about you, two?", I ask.

"I'm fine with that since they serve a lot of different foods.", the guy says.

"Then it's settled. We're going to Grand Harvest Castle.", I say happily.

"Spike, do you mind if Rogue goes with you?", Ang asks the guy.

Spike nods his head and heads to his truck with Rogue on his heels. Ang and I got into the car; driving to the restaurant which wasn't even far to be honest. At least, I know that this place isn't that far; I just hope it's not expensive. Pulling into Grand Harvest Castle's parking lot, to see only about a hand full of cars parked. That means it's not super packed; parking the car, we all get out and quickly make it towards the doors of the restaurant. Just in time as well because here's the rain pouring down. I was about to go in but my phone goes off so I tell them to get a table and I'll meet them inside after. Answering the phone; "Hey mom. What's up?"

"Hey, sorry if your busy or anything but I was just wondering how you settled into your new home?", my mom asks.

"I settled in quite well. Right now, we're out to eat. Do you want to join us?", I tell her and ask.

"Oh, no sweetie. I'm alright actually. I'm glad you settled in well.", she says.

There's a guy who's coming over to me and something is telling me to go inside. I say goodbye to my mom just as Rogue comes to get me. One look at the guy who was coming, and he grabs my wrist and speeds walks to our table.

"Tally, I ordered you a lemonade.", Ang tells me as I'm sitting across from her.

Nodding my head, taking a look at the menu and saw a few things that would be tasty but I couldn't really decide so I asked Rex which one I should get.

"Rex, should I get ribs or the wings?"

"Well… honestly I have no idea. I'm literally having the same problem but it's with sushi and lettuce wraps.", Rex tells me.

"Why don't you get the lettuce wraps since you had sushi yesterday.", I tell him.

He nods his head. The waiter comes over; "Hello, I'll be your waiter for today. Is everyone ready to order?", the waiter asks.

"Can I have ten-piece barbecue sauce wings?", Coreen asks the waiter.

"I'll have the chicken tacos without the avocado if you don't mind.", Ang tells the waiter.

"I'll have the lettuce wraps with cool ranch zucchini chips.", Rex tells the girl.

"I'll have the cabbage rolls and a chicken pie.", Spike tells the girl waiter.

"I'll have the lasagna.", Rogue tells the girl.

The waiter writes it down before leaving with the menus. "Wait, I didn't get to order!", I say to the girl. The girl turns around and rolls her eyes at me before turning back and heading to the kitchen. "Ugh, that girl was quite rude and I couldn't even order my room.", I say pouting at the table.

Rogue chuckled before saying, "You can have some of my food."

My mouth becomes open with my eyes wide. "Rogue, you never share your food unless you like the person or….", Rex starts. "If they're me.", Coreen finishes.

Before any of us could say anything, our waiter came back with our food. She passes out everyone's food then she hands Rogue his, along with her number on a piece of paper.

"My break is in twenty minutes, you and I can eat the lasagna together.", the waiter girl says.

None of us say anything. I mean what are we supposed to do? But I'm starving after what we did so when Rogue went to take a bit of his food, I quickly took the piece. He just looks over at me and then takes another fork full; he leads the fork toward me and I don't question it. Just opening my mouth. Getting down chewing the piece, I ask Rogue the question that's swimming in my head. "How come you just feed me?"

"Well, we're going to be living together and Coreen already sees you as a mother figure. Sorry if I made you uncomfortable.", Rogue tells me then says.

"Oh, don't worry about that Rogue.", Rex says with a smirk.

"Yeah, Rogue. She's too shy to tell you that you didn't make her uncomfortable.", Angie says with a smirk as well.

I narrow my eyes at my two besties as if saying 'shut up! Why are you telling him?! You two are evil!' The waiter comes back over, just as I took another bite from his fork. She doesn't look too happy about that.

"What are you doing?", the waiter asks.

"Who?", I ask even though I already know.

"You. You can't eat my boyfriend's food.", she says to me.

"Oh, is that so. Well, I wouldn't have to if you let me order but no you wanted to be a bitch about it. Also, he's not your boyfriend. He's mine and I would love it if you left us alone.", I tell the girl but snap at the end.

She was about to say something but was cut off by Rogue.

"She is right, and I dislike the fact that you had the nerve to give your number when I'm with my friends, my sister, and my woman. I know I'm hot but that doesn't mean that you can just do shit like that. Did you think there was a reason why I didn't say anything to you when you told you your break was in 20?"

Ang and I look at him with shock. Damn, I shouldn't be surprised but I am though. I give him a quick peck on his cheek before hiding my face into his shoulder. I can hear my best friends laughing at me.

"Tais-toi ! Vous, vous êtes tous les deux, c'est juste méchant ! Pourquoi suis-je, amis avec vous deux ? (Shut up! You, two are just mean! Why am I, friends with you two)?", I tell them.

They just laugh harder. "Tes amis avec eux parce qu'ils t'aimaient bien pour toi. Tu veux savoir quelque chose ?(Your friends with them because they liked you for you. You want to know something)?", Spike tells me and asks.

"Bien sûr.(Of course).", I say with a smirk.

"Je suis amoureux d'elle. Je lui ai dit qu'elle m'aimait aussi mais elle est trop embarrassée pour me le dire. Elle croit que je dormais quand elle m'a avoué.(I'm in love with her. I told her she loved me too, but she's too embarrassed to tell me. She thinks I was sleeping when she confessed to me).", Spike tells me.

"C'est merveilleux à savoir. Merci de me l'avoir dit.(That's wonderful to know. Thanks for telling me).", I say with a smirk.

Ang was the first one to stop laughing, then Rex; they both look at me with fear in their eyes. They know something is up.
