"Ah, you're already up." Her mother greeted soon as she went downstairs.
"Mom, you're back." She smiled and fixed her ribbon.
"Yes, and my nightshifts are off by now. I'm glad you're fine now. I heard from Rae you got sick yesterday." She took a sip of her coffee.
"Err... yes, but I'm alright now. Rae took care of me."
Her mother smiled teasingly, "Oh really? That's good! With that being said..." She took something from her bag.
It's a small pouch of envelopes with curves and floral designs.
"What are these?"
"Invitations. You're debut is coming up, right? The venue isn't that big, but you can invite lots of friends."
"Mom... you shouldn't have. You've been taking care of this while you work?" She blinked several times.
She's really happy, so happy that she could cry. But at the same time, she's worried that her mother might've neglected her health.
She shook her head, "Don't worry, I'm taking care of myself like you've said!"
