Don't Freak Out

He knocked on the door, and as soon as Emmitt opened it, Remy threw himself at the boy, wrapping his arms around him and burying his face into his shoulder. Emmitt hugged back, resting his chin on the top of Remy's head, as he was much shorter.

Still enveloped in the hug, Emmitt closed the door and moved them over to his bed. He lightly pushed Remy to his bed, sliding in next to him and returning his arms back to their position around Remy.

It was a strangely intimate action for the both of them, as the closest they had ever gotten before was for a high five. But Remy didn't care if this was a little off base for him. He just focused on the clean smell of Emmitt's shirt and the warmth his body was radiating. Come to think of it, Remy hadn't been this close to anyone, ever. Sure, he and Landon had hugged a few times, but never this fervently, never this needily.

Reveling in this closeness to another person and overwhelmed by all the drama from earlier, Remy's mind became a feverish haze. And before he could stop himself or think about what he was doing, he pressed his lips to Emmitt's. He looked surprised, but didn't pull away. Instead, he climbed over top of Remy, knees on either side of him, and kissed him back affectionately, tangling his hands in Remy's black hair.

His lips were moving down to his neck when Remy was finally able to comprehend the situation. In breathy sighs, he asked, "Wait, don't you have a boyfriend? Landon's cousin?"

He looked up casually. "Oh, that's just a friends-with-benefits type of thing. It's nothing serious."

"But he gave you a DVD player."

"He was just trying to get rid of it and knows I happen to like stupid stuff like that." He reattached his lips to Remy's neck, biting down gently, then dragging his tongue over the sore spot. Remy couldn't help but moan in response.

He tried to think about how weird this was. He had never kissed anyone before; the opportunity just never presented itself. So it was very odd to him how he just threw himself at some guy. Well, not just some guy. But still.

Remy was trying to think about these things, but it was pretty hard when Emmitt was all over him. However, he was brought back to reality when he suddenly thrusted up toward Emmitt, now very aware of how hard they both were.

He gently pushed the boy off him, and without making eye contact, said, "I don't really know what I'm doing... And we should probably stop. Your roommate could be back at any moment."

Emmitt nodded, "Yeah, you're right. Uh, we can... talk about this tomorrow. Just promise me you won't freak out about it, okay? You seem like the type that would overthink things, and I need you to know that you'll be fine. What we just did, it's fine. Okay?"

Remy gave him a small smile. With a soft "Bye" that Emmitt definitely didn't hear, he walked out and to his own dorm, where Allen was already sleeping.

Slipping off his shoes, he slid into his bed, still wearing his costume, which he suddenly remembered. He had his first kiss while he was wearing fuzzy leggings and a tail. Thinking of the kiss, he was about to stress out about it when he remembered what Emmitt told him before he left. And at that moment, it was very helpful. So definitely not freaking out, Remy fell asleep, dreaming about absolutely nothing at all.
