The Poke Ball Factory

"Alright Meowstic, let's beat Black for once!"

"Tamao, it's time for your revenge. Begin the battle with Dark Pulse."

Tamao immediately blasted a Dark Pulse at Meowstic, so fast that she couldn't dodge it.

"Meowstic, activate Light Screen!"

A pink forcefield covered Meowstic. When Dark Pulse hit it, it got through, but not without being weakened.

"Now, use Disarming Voice!"

"Counter with Shadow Ball."

Meowstic cried out, and pink hearts came out of the pink barrier, gradually increasing in size. But Tamao quickly gathered up large amounts of ghost-type energy and blasted it at the incoming Disarming Voice. The ball hit the Light Screen, and broke right through it, causing it to shatter. Shadow Ball hit Meowstic, launching it away. But the Disarming Voice didn't stop. Tamao was hit, but she easily withstood it. And when Meowstic didn't get up, it was clear she had fainted.

"Dang it! Meowstic, come back. Absol, come on out!"

"Tamao, you good to keep going?" She nodded. "Let's keep it moving. Shadow Ball, once again."

"Absol, use Bite!"

Tamao shot a Shadow Ball at Absol, but it bit the Shadow Ball, crushing it. It then continued running at Tamao, with a powerful Bite.

"Counter the Bite with your own."

The two rushed at each other, dark energy covering their teeth, ready to strike. The two hit each other, causing an explosion of dark energy. I could easily tell that both of them had been practicing. Out of the explosion came Absol, looking hurt. The smoke cleared, and Tamao stood, looking dead at Absol, as if she was ready to kill.

"Tamao, if you want, you can go wild on that Absol."

{I will, absolutely.}

"Nice pun. Do what you wish."

The fact that I acknowledged her unintended pun made her angrier.

"I don't know who you're talking to, but Absol! Go for a Slash!"

Absol's horn began glowing white with energy, and it lunged towards Tamao. And she just stood there. She took the attack, and countered with Payback. The counter launched Absol away. Tamao then rushed forwards with Quick Attack, hitting Absol while it was still being launched. This repeated thrice[thats 3x] more before Tamao realized that Absol had fainted. She came back to me, slightly tired.

"Woah! Absol, come on back. Chesnaught, come on out!"

"Tamao, you've done good. Come on back to the rest. Who wants to face this bulky beast?" Fronja stepped up. "Alright, Fronja. You've got this. Begin this with Ice Beam."

"You're really confident for this! Chesnaught, use Poison Jab to break it!"

Chesnaught's arm turned purple with Poison-type energy. He punched the Ice Beam headed straight for him, shattering it.

"Now! Needle Arm!"

"Counter with Ice Punch."

The two lunged at each other, Chesnaught's arm now green and Fronja's fist covered in Ice-type energy. But Fronja was much faster. He hit Chesnaught in the chest, launching him upwards. And Fronja didn't let up. He continued the attack by jumping up to meet Chesnaught in the air. On his way up, he made a blade out of ice to attack. And in the air, Fronja repeatedly slashed and slashed at Chesnaught, lowering his HP. Eventually, Fronja let Chesnaught fall to the ground, and landed on top of the fainted Chesnaught once he came down.

"Well. Fronja, good job. Come on back."

"Wow! You're stronger than you were back in Coumarine City! How do you get so much stronger in such a short time?" Serena asked.

"I just train a lot. Simple," I said.

"Well, I guess training is a vital part of getting pokemon to become stronger. I'll see you later! I'll go do some training!" Serena said as she ran towards the city ahead. We continued after her, but only walking. Once in the city, I called back everyone and went to the pokemon center for everyone to get healed. Then, I went to the pokeball factory, as I knew some vital story elements would happen here.

Once I got there, I saw Shauna and Trevor outside, arguing with someone in all red clothes and red glasses. I could pick up bits of their conversation, such as the person telling them to buzz off. Slowly and quietly, I came up towards them, and grabbed their shoulders to scare them. And of course, I scared the shit out of them. Figuratively, of course.

"GAH! Black, why'd you do that?! You scared us! What was that for?!" Shauna screamed at me.

"Haha, oh you guys should've seen the looks on your faces! Priceless!" I said, dying laughing.

"Ugh! Anyways, can you help us out? This guy won't let us in the factory," Shauna said.

"Huh? Oh, sure." I directed my attention towards the guy in red. "Hey there buddy chum pal, I suggest that you let me and my friends through or else you're gonna come in contact with a crummy juncture. Do you want that? Do you want to come in contact with a crummy juncture that's so crummy your life will become crumier than crummy in and of itself?" I asked the man.

"...what? Uh, I guess?" he said, clearly confused.

"Alrighty then. Luca, come on out. Punch him." I brought out Luca, and he punched the guy, straight in the stomach, knocking him out. "Nice."

"Not exactly what I meant, but it works! Let's go, guys!"

We walked into the factory, where another person dressed in red was standing guard.

"Hey, kids! Get out of here!" she said.

"No, I don't think we will. Luca!" And Luca knocked her out too. We kept walking, only to find out that the entire place had been overrun by people dressed in red.

"Ugh, Team Flare. I've dealt with them before. Guys, spread out and deal with them, will ya? We aren't getting a normal experience until we do," I said.

"Got it!" Trevor and Shauna said. We separated and I headed for the nearest conveyor belt and got on. I began riding the belts around the facility, trying to find where the Admin was. It had been a long time since I did this puzzle, so I had forgotten it. But eventually, I found the room where the Admin was. Or rather, Admins were. I casually walked into the room, but no one noticed I was there. Perfect.

I walked up to the admins, slowly and quietly, as if I was going to scare them. But instead of scaring them, I tried to chop the backs of their necks, as they were exposed. But somehow, they knew I was there, and moved out of the way.

"Well well well, what do we have here, Celosia?" the green-haired one asked.

"It seems we have a hero in our midst. I guess he wants to stop us," Celosia, the purple-haired one said.

"Well, I don't think he can! He seems powerless, and he probably is," green-hair said.

"You know, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Luca, Fronja. Come on out and let's deal with these fools," I said, bringing the two of them out.

"Ah, you want to put up a fight? Well, if it is a fight you want, it is a fight you shall get! Bryony, let's do this! Teach him a lesson, Manectric!" Celosia said.

"Right! Liepard, come and help!" Bryony said.

"Manectric, use Spark on that Greninja!"

"Liepard, set up with Hone Claws!"

"Fronja, counter with an Ice Blade. Luca, attack Liepard with Power-Up Punch."

Manectric covered itself in electricity before running straight at Fronja, who had made a blade out of ice. Fronja countered the strike with a slash, launching Manectric out of the way. Meanwhile, Luca hit the Liepard with a punch covered in Fighting-type energy, launching it as well.

"Continue the attack."

"Manectric, counter with Thunder Fang!"

"Liepard, use Slash!"

Fronja lunged at Manectric, slashing it before it could even open its mouth. Luca easily hit the Liepard and launched it again, knocking it out.

"Luca, Fronja. End this together. Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, go for it.

"Manectric, go for a Thunderbolt!"

Manectric quickly fired off a Thunderbolt from its mouth, heading straight for my two pokemon. But they were ready. Luca altered his aura into Dragon-type energy, and shot it as a beam. Fronja shot an Ice Beam. The two attacks swirled around each other, making a beam of ice white and purple hit the on-coming Thunderbolt. The attacks clashed, and the Ice Beam-Dragon Pulse combo easily overtook the Thunderbolt. The attack hit Manectric, obviously knocking it out.

"Great job, you two. Come on back,"

"Ugh! Let's retreat for now, but this isn't the last you see of us, trainer!" Bryony said. The two left the room, and I could hear plenty of footsteps leaving the facility.

"Trainer, you've saved me! They were going to make me work for their project of mass destruction!" the man behind the desk said.

"Heh, no problem. And my name isn't "Trainer." It's Black. And don't you forget it," I said.

"Well, Black, I must reward you somehow! I have this Master Ball. It's able to catch any pokemon out there. Please, take it!" he said.

"Do you have three of these?"

"No, why?"

"Then I can't take it. Some of my friends helped me out. They kept the Team Flare grunts at bay while I dealt with the Admins. So unless you have something of equal value to give to them, I don't want it. And speak of the devil, here they come now." Trevor, Shauna, and Serena entered the room, all talking about how Team Flare just randomly left.

"Oh, Black! I didn't know you were here," Serena said.

"And I didn't know you came. So make that four Master Balls we would need," I said to the man.

"Ah, I may not have four Master Balls, but I do have three Big Nuggets. These go for a large amount of money. Would your friends here like those?" he asked.

"Yeah, we would! Thank you!" Shauna said, taking one out of his hand. Trevor and Serena did the same.

"Now will you take the Master Ball?"

"Yeah, I guess I will. See ya, Mr. President." I took the Master Ball and left the room, leaving the President thoroughly dumbfounded. He had never told me he was the President, but I knew from my past life. I knew having all of my memories would be a good thing in the end. I left the building, and noticed the sky was beginning to turn orange. I went to the Pokemon Center and asked for a room, and my request was accepted.
