"ROAR"

The wolves chief didn't give Jin any chance and attacked first. Its body was bigger than the normal three-headed wolf by three times, making him faster and stronger.

Jin didn't hesitate and began to release quick arrows towards the wolves chief.

"CRACK"

The wolves chief shattered the coming arrows like the former black wolf.

"SHSHSH"

Red smoke spread in the air around the wolves chief. Every arrow he shattered was filled with weakening poisonous powder.

Jin stopped shooting as the wolves chief stopped moving.

Suddenly…

"ROAR"

Swirls of cold wind began to form around the wolves chief. It was the innate ability of the wolves chief, the rapid gale. The ability gives him a defensive boost by covering his body and an offensive boost by increasing his body speed.

"Is that all you've got?" The wolves chief appeared after the red smoke had dispersed due to the effect of the rapid gales shield.

"What? Feeling despair already?" The wolves chief taunted when it saw the blank expression of Jin.

"Sigh! You are too boring. Guess, it's time for you to die."

With the cold winds covering his entire body, the wolves chief was clearly much faster. It arrived before Jin in an instant.

"That's something you don't need to know," Jin said with an emotionless voice.

"G…Give me the antidote, I…I beg you." The wolves chief asked with a horrified expression. Not only he felt his body being paralyzed, but he also felt a decrease in his heart's beat, which means that he would die at any moment.

"What can you do for me?" Jin asked with a calm face.

"I…I can give you anything." The wolves chief said with an extremely pale face.

"I want your strength!" Jin said calmly.

"AHH! That's too much." The wolves chief bellowed in anger.

"Well, I promise to set you free when I attain my personal goal. Take note, my journey is extremely dangerous." Jin said.

"O…okay I accept you as a master." The wolves chief said with unwillingness. The moment he said that a unique symbol appeared on his forehead.

"Good, you know how to choose. Here, take the antidote." Jin took out a small flask and poured it inside the wolf's mouth.

"HAA!" "PANT" "PANT"

The wolves chief panted as he took a big mouthful of breath. His heartbeats began to return to normal.

"Phew." The wolf breathed in relief.

"from now on, your name will become blizzard?" Jin said with a smile. The wolf has now become a member of his team. Jin liked the fact that Blizzard was extremely fast with its wind abilities. Additionally, Blizzard was a high-ranked commander beast. He will surely become useful in future battles.

"This is jumbo." Jin introduced Jumbo who nodded his head.

"Master, what is your personal goal?" Blizzard asked with an ugly smile. He clearly wanted to be free as soon as possible.

"My only goal is to hunt down the thirty-three demons," Jin said.

"What!? Master, I didn't hear clearly." Blizzard thought that the poison was still in effect and that he heard wrong.

"My goal is to hunt down the thirty-three demons," Jin said clearly and slowly.

"Y...You mean the legendary thirty-three demons?"

"Yes, exactly," Jin said.

"HAHAHA! Master, I didn't know that you like to joke with people. Master! You are really funny." Blizzard roared with laughter. This was the funniest joke he had ever heard in his entire life.

"EH!?" Blizzard stopped laughing when he noticed their dead-serious expression.

"You are not joking?" Blizzard asked, but this time with a nervous face.

"No, we are not," Jin said seriously.

"What!!!?" Blizzard couldn't help but scream at Jin.

"I am done." Blizzard thought to himself.

"Master, I apologize for my misbehavior. But do you know that the weakest one of those thirty-three demons has the ability to kill me with a single strike?" Blizzard said in a matter of fact tone.

"I Know," Jin said.

"Then, how are we going to hunt down all of them? Besides that, I heard some stories about their undead bodies." Blizzard asked with a frustrated expression. This was an impossible mission.

"Master, let me answer him in your place," Jumbo said from the side.

"Mm, go on." Jin nodded.

"Blizzard! Firstly, you need to know that our master is the patriarch of the Crimson Clouds Sect."

"What!? The sect of the famous poison sage, who had imprisoned the thirty-three demons in the past?" Blizzard asked with astonishment.

"Yes," Jumbo replied.

"Then, does master have the legendary demons seal?" Blizzard asked.

"Yes, he does which means that we have a good chance to accomplish the mission. The second thing you need to know is that our task is only to assist our master in his battles. I believe master is powerful enough to go head-on against every demon of the thirty-three demons. You have already tested our master formidable abilities, didn't you?" Jumbo said with a simple smile.

"HAHA! Yes, you are right. It was my mistake for being extremely paranoid. With our master, how are we going to lose?" Blizzard laughed and began to speak in a flattering manner.

Jumbo looked at Jin with a speechless expression.

"Then, it's settled?" Jin asked.

"Yes! Of course. Let's defeat those dummy demons and bring back the long lost peace to our lovely world." Blizzard puffed up his chest and said with a heroic spirit.

"Jumbo, tell him our abilities, and explain to him the basic strategies when we confront any enemy," Jin said to Jumbo.

"Yes, master."

After walking for hours, the trio has finally reached the area of the mountain range cave. It was already near night time when they arrived.

"You will guys need to take care of yourselves." Blizzard mused to himself as he turned back and looked at the plain land, where the wolves under his command live.

Blizzard turned back and looked forward as he followed behind Jin and Jumbo. A journey filled with wonders and dangers was ahead of them.
