Chapter 1

"You won't escape," Jin muttered under his breath.

"Grrr, it's an archer human." The three-headed black wolf growled in anger as It turned back to face the upcoming arrows.

"SHOO" "SHOO"

Three arrows arrived before it, each arrow targeted one of its three heads.

"Crack"

With a quick claw punch, the black wolf shattered the three arrows with a single attack.

"HEHE! Too easy." The black wolf smirked inwardly, yet the next moment, its smile expression turned into a stunning expression. A red smoke has emerged from the shattered arrows.

"Growl" The black wolf let out a furious growl as the red smoke entered his three heads.

"Stop running! It's no use." Jin caught up to the black wolf.

"Grrr! Human, what was that?" The black wolf asked with a growl. His body suddenly felt powerless that he became extremely slow.

"A weakening poisonous powder. Now tell me, where is your pack location?" Jin asked calmly.

"HAHA! Human, do you think that I will tell you just because you had asked! Dream on." The three-headed black wolf said in a taunting manner.

"I initially didn't want to do this, but it seems that using force is the only solution right now," Jin said.

"HAHA! And what can you do? Torturing is useless with me, and if you killed me, the entire pack will be alerted." The Black Wolf laughed with confidence. It was only a matter of time before his pack start searching for him.

"Don't blame me later for what will happen now," Jin said as he began to take out a set of golden needles.

"HEH! Pitty tricks. Human, don't try to intimidate me with your empty words" The black wolf scoffed.

"You will see," Jin said. With swift hands, he began to inject the golden needles on the three heads.

The black wolf simply watched with an amusing smile.

"You are done?" it asked after seeing Jin stopping moving.

"Tell me, where is your pack location?"

"Don't you understand? I will never… Argh!" The black wolf wanted to say that, but he suddenly felt nothing.

"The pack is resting at the west, besides the sky river." The emotionless three heads answered with a dull voice.

"Good. Time to go. Wolfie, You will feel some pain when you awake from this state, but don't worry, it would be for a short time." Jin said calmly as he started to remove all the golden needles.

"Jumbo, Let's take the eastern route. We will accelerate our speed to avoid the nearby wolves pack." Jin said to Jumbo who had arrived a long time ago.

"Yes, master."

The Black wolf stood still, it watched the leaving human with a blank face as It lost all of its awareness.

Jin and Jumbo continued their journey in the mountain range, but this time they looked faster.

"Master, may I ask you a question," Jumbo asked politely.

"Yes."

"Master, where are we going exactly?"

"We will go to the nearest city, Sky Mountain City. We will stop there to buy things we would need in our mission. After that, we will go and hunt the demon ranked thirty-three." Jin explained his plan.

"I see," Jumbo said

"With the demon's seal with me. It would be easy to locate our target."

"Oh! I totally forgot about the demon's seal." Jumbo said as he looked at the ring in admiration. No one knows who made this ring, but all the people know that it has the miraculous ability to imprison the thirty-three demons inside.

Meanwhile, the black wolf was brought to his pack location. Another wolf scout had found him and decided to bring him back.

"What happened to him?" A gigantic wolf asked with a growl. What was amazing was that it only has one head. Additionally, its color was white, unlike the other wolves.

"Chief, I don't know! I was scouting a nearby area when I suddenly noticed him. I got close to him and found him like this in this state." The wolf scout reported respectfully.

"Move aside. Let me check him." All the wolves stepped back to make way.

"SNIFF! SNIFF!"

"It's a mind-controlling technique, it must be a human" The wolves chief roared with bloodthirsty eyes.

"OOOOO! Those who harm one of us must die. Boys, the ones who find that human will have a bigger share in our next meal." The wolves chief announced loudly.

"AOOO" "AOOO"

The other wolves howled in excitement.

"Master, the wolves have discovered us," Jumbo said as heard the loud howls.

"Let them be. We are already faraway from their location. Even if they split themselves, they won't dare to enter the dark cave of the mountain range." Jin explained calmly.

The dark cave was a massive cave inside the sky mountain range. It has a lot of entrances leading to different locations, one of those locations was Sky Mountain City. Additionally, The dark cave was famous for its poisonous snakes and darkness. Wolves didn't like to go there, because they won't be able to utilize the advantage of their numbers. Jin preferred to fight the few numbers of the snakes rather than facing the numerous numbers of the wolves.

It was at noon, Jin decided to take a quick break. They needed some rest after spending the entire morning walking. Jin gave some hay grasses to Jumbo while he ate some dried fish with some rice.

They ate in a peaceful manner under a lonely tree that they had found.

Suddenly, a huge silhouette appeared from afar. It walked slowly towards them.

"HMM!" Jin and Jumbo raised their heads to see the identity of the newcomer.

"So, you were here!?" The wolves chief said with a terrifying smile."

"Who are you?" Jin asked.

"I am the leader of the wolf that you have poisoned." The wolves' chief revealed his identity.

"OH! So you came here for revenge?" Jin asked in an indifferent manner.

"HAHA! Not really, what I want is the mind-controlling technique." The wolves chief said with an excited voice.

"Unfortunately, I can't give it to you," Jin said with a small smile.

"HEHE! That's not something you got to decide"

"ROAR"
