Love Or Lies

I locked the car and drove the car away from her house. I don't know how to explain the real situation actually. 


My head is messed up and it hurt when I saw her crying last night. I'm afraid to tell her this.


"My dad wanted to say something to you." 


I don't know what's going on. He looked panic. Why did he apologize to me? What is actually going on? 


"Can you please explain to me what is actually happened? You make me worry." 


Unfortunately, he ignored my question. A few minutes later, we finally arrived at his parents' house. I never knew that Mr. Jeon lived here. The house is very huge. It's like a big mansion. 


Jungkook parked his car. He gets out of the car without a single word. I felt quite nervous all of a sudden because he acted very weird. It was like he was going to kidnap me. 


Jungkook opened the door for me. I got out of the car when he suddenly intertwined his fingers with me. I pulled my hand off. 


He walked in front of me as I followed him from behind. Mr. Jeon greeted us as we entered the living room. 


Jungkook came closer to his dad and whispered something. His dad nodded. He then looked at me and plastered a big smile on his face.


I was sitting on the sofa in the living room with only two of us. I couldn't trace Jungkook as he disappeared just like that.


"Aerin, there is something important that I wanted to tell you." 


"You're very kind to me. You also have a very good personality. We're even close to each other and I consider you as my son." 


"You work very hard to achieve your dream until you succeed and I trust you a lot." 


"You know that I'm getting older and I'm diagnosed with a heart disease. I will retire next month and my son will replace me." 


I never knew that he was diagnosed with a heart disease. 


"I really wanted to see my son living a happy life with someone before I died. When the first time I saw you, I really liked you and I thought that you suited him. I wanted to see him getting married to you." 


I stumbled. No words can describe my emotions right now. This is insane. I can't accept it just like that. 


"Aerin, I know that you can make him happy. I can't live longer. I think it's enough to see him living happily with you." 


I can't keep quite, I need to say something. 


"And we're waiting for your decision." 


Final Decision
