Chapter 3

It's been one day since my jagi gave birth to our son. As she had a hard time giving birth, she is still very tired and the doctors said it will take her time to recover. I don't want to see her in pain so I hired someone to look after her and Jihun, a nanny.

"Jagiya~", I opened the door to her hospital room and entered slowly trying not to make any sound. I go near her bed and place a kiss on her forehead.

"Hey honey~", she greeted me back. "How was the office?"

"I am not visiting the office until you come back home. So, I have my work visit me.", I said and pulled a chair beside her bed to sit.

"Don't trouble the poor boy honey, Daniel has a life too.", she said.

"I know babe. I am not giving him much work. I just told him to make sure that the office is running properly. That's all.", I said and held her hand. "Where's Jihun?"

"Oh, the doctors took him for a checkup. And you said you hired someone to take care of Jihun and me, where's she?", she asked me.

"She'll be here soon.", I kissed the top of her hand and stared into her eyes. "You look so beautiful today."

"I know.", she grinned and laughed.

knock knock

"Come in please!", I said. The door opened revealing a lady dressed in a black pencil skirt and a white shirt. To be honest, her skirt was a bit too short. I should set a dress code for her.

"Hey, I am Oh Hae.", she bowed politely to me and my wife.

"Sophie, this is Hae, she will be taking care of you and Jihun.", I introduced Hae to Sophia and stood up. I put my hands in my pockets and put on my intimidating gaze.

"Listen Hae, I have hired you to take proper care of my wife and son and I don't want any kind of inconvenience to happen okay? I have hired you because you took care of my friends' kids for their first months and they gave good reviews. I want you to give your best. Am I clear?", I explained her.

"Yes, Mr. Park! I am going to ensure the best for Mrs. Park and your son.", she bowed again and smiled at us.

"Jimin..can I talk to you for a moment?", Sophia called me.

"Sure! Can you please step out for a moment Hae?", I said Hae to go out of the room for a moment. She bowed to us and went out. I think she glared at my wife before closing the door. I must be seeing things.

"What is it jagi?", I asked her with concerned filled eyes.

"I don't feel like trusting her Jimin. It's just, something is telling me she is here with a bad intention.", she said.

"It's okay jagi, you must be feeling this cause it is your natural parent instinct. Don't worry, I asked the boys about her. They all said she took good care of their kids. And it's just for one month, after that my mom is going to come in.", I explained to her. Her face looked still a bit unconvinced but anyways she flashed a smile and nodded.

knock knock

"Mrs. Park, I am here with your child.", the nurse politely said and opened the door. She walked in the room with a crib which has my child.

"Thank you nurse.", I smiled at her and she returned the smile and walked out the room.

"Hae, please come in!", I called Hae to come in the room.

"This is my child, Jihun, who you have to take care of.", I introduced her to my child.

"Awe, look at this angel! Can I hold him?", she asked me.

"Okay, let's see how he does with you.", I said.

She slowly picked up the baby with care and wrapped her arms around him. She smiled at him and started talking to him in a high squeaky voice.

"Hey baby! I am Hae!", she said.

In one blink of the eye, he started crying. He is not a fussy kid, only cries when he's hungry and needs a change of diaper. And he does very well with people he didn't meet before. Who knows what happened now?

"Oh no, please hand him to me.", Sophia started panicking and wanted the baby to herself.

"Wait, Sophie. Hae, I want you to calm him down.", I ordered.

She gave me a weak smile and started rocking him back and forth trying to get him to stop crying but nothing seemed to work. I started losing my patience to the point where I took him from her myself and started to calm him down.

"It's okay, dada is here. Everything's all right.", I whispered to him while rocking him slowly back and forth. I don't want anyone else to see my soft side. Only my family deserves to see it. I am afraid people will take advantage of me if I show my soft side. After rocking him in my arms, he immediately calmed down.

"I guess it will take some time for him to get used to me. Hehe..", she gave a weak laugh.

"It's okay.", Sophia smiled. "Let's see each other tomorrow alright!"

Hae bowed to us once again and left the room.

"Alright, jagiya. I have designed the nursery just the way you wanted! I am announcing our son's birth next week at a press conference I have with the media. Then, I will hold this big party at our office! Then when our baby will be 1 month old, we'll go to the beach.", I said her.

"Are you really that happy?", she asked.

"Of course! I am more happy than you can imagine!", I kissed her lips. "I love you so so much. You love only me too, right?"

"I love you too honey but, there's someone I need to share my love with now right honey?", she laughed and looked at Jihun who was laying down in his crib observing us.

"Oh, you like to see your dada and mama have a good time? It's all for you Jihun! You are the cause of our happiness!", I picked him up in my arms and kissed his forehead. "I love you so much, son. You and your mama are the reason of my happiness."
