Rage of the Empres

As Dennis stood still with a smile on his face, waiting for the Empress attack. The lieutenant ended up standing in the way, trying to protect him.

"Hey, you better get out of the way. She can literally kill you."

Dennis said.

"I'm a soldier, it's my job to protect the citizens. Even if we don't know who we are fighting."

"Then let me show you how we handle this. Also, you might want to get clear..."

Dennis said. He then pushed away Luciel, and he pulled out a knife from his right pocket and a pistol from his pocket.

"Two maiden weapons? I'm impressed that you can use two of the strongest maidens."

The Empress said to Dennis. Luciel then looked at Dennis's weapons in confusion.

"I haven't called out their names, and you already identified that they are maidens... This will get interesting..."

Dennis said. He then took aim and waited out for his opponent's move, but suddenly the car that Spike was driving passed by Dennis. Everyone inside looked over at him and they know what they needed to do. Spike then drove off the ramp and attacked directly at the empress with the car. Sending her back into the clothing store.

"Dennis, come on!! We need to get out of here!!"

"You guys go on ahead! I'll meet you guys in about a few hours in the house!"

Dennis said. Spike then nodded at Dennis, and he drove away from the area.

"Now... I guess we can get this started... The atmosphere here is a bit off since the last time I was around."

Dennis said. He then remembered everything that he has done since the last month. The Empress was barely getting up. Two consecutive crashes were enough for her body, but if it was one more. She would have been out cold.

"You brat... I'll punish you for that!!"

The Empress said. She then charged at Dennis by placing her right hand in front. Dennis quickly crossed his arms to embrace for the attack.

"What in the world... is going on!?!"

Luciel said. He saw the Empress grab Dennis with her right hand. With her sharp nails that seemed like claws. She was able to get a hold lock on Dennis.

"Fool, you shouldn't have guarded like that."

"That was part of my plan..."

Dennis said in a low tone of voice. He then smiled for a moment, until he took a deep breath. The Empress was in shock after seeing what Dennis was planning.

"No..."

The Empress said as she looked at Dennis. She saw that Dennis had an icy stare on him. It slowly made him get rid of his smile. Dennis attempted to break free from the lock by redirecting his aim with his left hand towards the Empress and immediately pulled the trigger. A bullet came out of Dennis's gun. The Empress didn't have no means to dodge it. She took the hit straight on that it hit only her shoulder. But it wasn't enough.

"If you think one bullet is going to stop me, then think again!"

The Empress said. Dennis then thought of it as a challenge. He immediately unloaded his clip by rapidly pulling the trigger.

As eleven bullets came out. Empress quickly let go of Dennis to move back, but Dennis this opportunity to charge at her with the knife. Forcing the Empress to place her guard up.

"You must be fast to able to evade eleven bullets from a quick trigger finger... But are you fast enough to avoid this!?"

Dennis said. He then focused black fire on his knife and slashed the air. Sending the black fire towards the Empress.

"Black fire? That is simple child's play!"

The Empress said. She then cut in half the black fire with her claws, but she then realized that Dennis was gone and everyone else that was surrounding the area.

"Wait... where did everyone go...?"

The Empress asked herself. She then realized what happened. Thinking it back, from the moment Dennis used black fire. He used that chance to escape with everyone else.

"Mark my words Dennis... I WILL FIND YOU!!"

Meanwhile, at a military base camp nearby. They held Dennis on gun point as they escorted him to meet the commander. They were passing by tables and crates filled with guns and ammunition that made a clear path to the tent.

"Seriously? Is this really necessary...?"

"Yes... We need to follow protocol as always."

"Forget protocol. We need to leave this place now. My trick only works once per opponent. Doing it twice to the same person is a suicide right now."

Dennis said to the Luciel. He then gets pushed inside the tent to meet the commander. They then looked at each other and they seemed confused.

"Did we meet somewhere before?"

Dennis and the commander asked each other. Luciel then sent the soldiers outside and closed the tent so that no one else can enter.

"Hmm... Do you know a woman by the name of Celeste or Mora?"

The commander asked.

"Well... Both. I just saw Celeste about 24h ago, but more importantly, do you know what day it is?"

"Ah yes... It's August 11th of 2017."

"That figure... Well, I hope we meet again later because we need to get as far away from here now."

Dennis said. He then pulled out his phone and was looking at a virtual map. It displayed his general location as a blue dot, the two houses as a green dot and the ns as a red dot, and it was getting close to Dennis as fast as possible.

"Everyone duck!!"

Dennis yelled out. Luciel and the commander heard Dennis and quickly dropped down on the floor, but as for Dennis. He stayed up to stand his ground by calling out Obliviona in her sword form to defend himself.

"Found you!!"

The Empress said. She then teared the tent in half while Dennis was guarding.

"You thought you could escape from me?! I will still find you even at the ends of the earth!!"

"Then you have sealed your faith..."

Dennis said. He then took a leap back, and he felt as if he was drifting away slowly. The Empress thought it was a bluff and went for it. She was smiling at Dennis while approaching to pierce his chest with her claws, but as it turns out, it was all part of Dennis's plan.

"Full Oblivion..."

Dennis said. He then swung Obliviona in a vertical line. Sending out an enormous amount of energy that was being targeted to the Empress heart. As the energy cut through her heart. She stumbled on the ground while still trying to get a hold of Dennis.

"I... Won't... Give up..."

The Empress said. She then grabbed Dennis's left foot and was trying to pull herself on to him.

"I'm sorry… But the moment you began your search for me... It was already your end."

Dennis said. He then pulled his leg away, and the Empress didn't try to resist. She quickly let go of Dennis and accepted her faith.

"You won't get away with this... Others will come to hunt you down... And get rid of you for the sake of our master..."

"Then let them come... I will destroy each and every one of you one by one if I have to and may your soul rest in peace..."

Dennis said. He then turned around and placed Obliviona on his right shoulder and walked away.

"Oi! Wait!!"

"Lieutenant, stand down. Let the kid go. You don't want to mess with him."

"Why!?"

"You are looking at legends that went missing during a war..."

The commander said. He then snapped his fingers and gave out an order without saying a word. All soldiers in the area packed up everything and left to rendezvous back at their base.

Meanwhile, Spike stopped on a red traffic light waiting for it to change green. They were already almost out of San Juan, but he parked right in the spot to wait for Dennis.

Everyone then got off the car to look at their surroundings. They all saw abandoned cars, leaves floating around while the air was silent.

"Dennis is taking longer that he expected..."

Spike said.

"Then let's keep going back to X's house. It's about a 40-minute drive from here..."

Dwight said. He remembers the exactly where the house is and sat on the front to give better directions.

"I guess you 're right..."

Spike said. He then got back in the driver's seat while Owen, Dj and Donte stayed out of the car to spot Dennis.

"Wait, I think I see him..."

Owen said. He then pointed it out, and Dj had to focus his eyesight to see it.

"OI!! Hurry it up will ya!!"

Dj said. Dennis then tilted his head a bit and rushed it.

"What the hell you guys doing here? I thought I made it clear to head to the house."

"Spike parked and waited for ya."

Dj said. Dennis then called off Obliviona and got in the car and sat down on the back seat. Everyone else got back on and went on their way back to the house.
