Pyramid Golem

They would reach the pyramid where they see some of the people who were in the Library and they would see Lynne.

"Sir Crono," said Lynne. "You survived."

"Yes, and I am glad you guys survived as well," said Crono.

"So, what's the problem? you guys should know where the exit is?" asked Sophie.

"the exit is being blocked by a monster a giant golem with a strange mask," said Lynne.

"Seth, making sure his plans ain't spoiled,"

said Crono.

"Well, we should take care of this golem then," said Joel.

"I will stay here as a backup," said Devil Knight.

"Understood, let us go, Joel," said Crono. He and Joel enter the pyramid.

They enter a huge chamber inside the Pyramid, They would see what looks like a giant iron golem come to walk toward them and wear the same mask as the Blue Dragon.

"Here we go partner," said Joel they draw their swords.

"Alright," said Crono. They both launch ranged attacks at the Golem. Crono uses White Fireballs while Joel used his angelic lighting at the Golem. They start to split up so Golem cannot attack them both. Crono would unleash a huge blast of pure white fire at it. While Joel flew up using his angel wings without it noticing him as its attention was on Crono now. The Golem rushes him and starts to slam its fists down at Crono. Crono dodges as it tries to hit him down. But Joel would plunge into the Golem's head stabbing it defeating the Golem as falls and Joel jump down.

"Great job, Crono," said Joel.

"You as well, Captain," said Crono. They head back to the other to tell them they have defeated the Golem.

They told the Scholars and headed for the portal area to bring them back to New Aria. They enter a room where a yellow giant floating crystal was. But before it was a pedestal with a letter with Seth's face on it.

"Must be a clue to the next painting," said Devil Knight.

"I just hope it's not sick and twisted," said Joel.

"It all came to him to put all these people's lives on the line," said Crono.

"Yes, he needs to be stopped," said Devil Knight. Crono picks up the letter and puts it in his pocket.

"We should just have to bring these people back to the city," said Raphael.

"Yeah, we should regroup to plan our next move as well," said Joel. They go back to New Aria and head back to Cadet Headquarters in Cathedral City.

They were in a meeting room where they were about to solve the next riddle.

"So, you are an Angel?" asked Azah.

"Well, half Angel," said Joel.

"We need to focus here on our next riddle," said Raphael.

"Yes, Ma'am," said Azah. Crono would open the letter for the next riddle so they can find the next painting and save the other scholars. He begins to read it.

"To find your next painting you need to look where your people origins started," He read from the letter.

"This might be a hard one," said Oliver.

"Yeah," said Joel. Raphael looks at the time.

"How about we call it a day and think of it and come back tomorrow," said Raphael.

"Good Idea," said Crono. They all went back home to rest for tomorrow.
