After passing the exams I took two days of rest, I was so tired and I was thinking a lot about the work that Dr Glassman offered because I was so excited.

After that tiring day, I went home to rest and I was really bored so I decided to watch a scary movie and I decided to call Dr Glassman to watch it with me. Though I was obliged to create a story to make him come.

I spent a wonderful night watching a movie with Dr Glassman, but the day after I was like a zombie when I went to work.

At that moment I was dreaming about having a wonderful life with people I love I saw my mom and my sister and that was really fascinating for me, I wished it would never stop. Ray: you know tomorrow I have the handball match!

I went home and all my intentions were on wining the match, I went bed to take off all the negative thoughts so that I can do a great job the next day.

At the moment I went directly to the hospital, I forgot about the victory and the prize, my body was trembling and my heart was so sad. I never thought I would live such a moment but it happened. Akkie died and that was so painful.

Dr Glassman: I am sorry for what happened to Ray, but you need to be happy because she joined her mom and she is happy now! Listen Ray! You have to move on, we do lose close people but sadness will never help you to forget. You are hurting your heart.
Ray: you are saying that because you don't feel what I feel!

Ray: I am not coming to her funeral.

Ray (to herself): how life is unfair, Akkie died and could not reach what she wanted. She is so pathetic! Hahn I am in pain but I don't know how to express, I lost a lot of things in my life. I am tired I go to sleep.
After Akkie's funeral Dr Glassman tried to make me forget, but each time I saw a kid I remember her and everything I had with her; she was a friend, a sister and my entire family. One day I was staring into the sky a strange woman stood near to me.
Claire: Hi girl!
Ray: oh hi! But who are you Madame?
Claire: I am Clear and I am from Sweden!
Ray: OH! Sweden is a nice country.
Claire: you seem sad or feeling bad! I am sorry if I am interfering!
Ray: you are right! I am shitty. Each time I stand here something stupid happens, I don't know if this is a curse or destiny!
Claire: mmm! I understand now! You need to be strong.
Ray (chuckles): I am trying to be but I need to be in a quiet place.
Claire: you know something I have a farm in Sweden I go there when I feel bad. I invite you to come. So do you agree?
Ray: what? But you don't know me!
Claire: I have a good feeling towards you! You can think about that, I am leaving next week and here is my phone number!
Ray: oh!

Ray: this woman is so weird!
At home.
Ray (to herself): should I accept her offer? It seems nice to live in a farm where animals do not hurt, but should I trust her? She seems kind. Oh my god I don't know what to do but I want to go. Maybe if I go there I will feel better because every corner in this house reminds of Akkie. Ok I will call her tomorrow!
In the morning.
Dr Glassman: hi Ray!
Ray: hi Dr! I came to tell you that this week I will keep studying in the library.
Dr Glassman: oh of course! Good.
Ray: I am leaving now! Good bye!
Dr Glassman: ok bye! But….!
I could not tell Dr Glassman about my decision to go to Sweden because he would totally refuse; so I decided to go and leave everything behind me temporary. I wanted to rest I was so tired morally and I had an intention to forget my past. I went home and called clear.
Ray: hi!
Claire: hi! Who is with me?
Ray: hi I am Ray! The girl of yesterday.
Claire: oh! Ray how are you?
Ray: I am fine! Thanks!
Claire: I know you called me to tell me about going with me to Sweden!
Ray: ahh! Yes.
Claire: so?
Ray: I want to go there!
Claire: woo nice! I am happy to hear that so see you next Saturday at 10 am.
Ray: yes I will! Ok see you at the airport.
I spent that night thinking how I am going to Sweden with a strange woman. Moreover I couldn't tell Dr Glassman about that because he won't permit me, but anyway these are only few days and I go back home and I explain everything to him. I go bed now!
On Saturday at the airport.
Ray: (to herself) where is Claire? Maybe she changed her mind and refused to take me! OH there she is!
Claire: Hi Ray! How are you today?
Ray: I am doing well!
Claire: are you ready for the trip?
Ray: yes I am!
Claire: ok let's go then!
Before taking the airplane sent a message to Dr Glassman in which I told him that I am going somewhere where every single negative energy will be pulled up. I said that to him in order to make him feeling good about me. Then after we arrived to Sweden Clear took me to her farm where she showed me every corner and every room.
Claire: did you like the farm?
Ray: it's awesome Clear!
Claire: thank you! So I have horses, chickens, and sheep.
Ray: wow that's sounds good!
Claire: come! I am going to show you!
Ray: yes agreed!
The farm was amazing, there were animals that made the place awesome. I decided to work to waste time and my first day was kind of a journey. Clear was nice to me, we were spending too much time together.
Claire: how do you feel now ray?
Ray: yes I am great!
Claire: I could not ask you why you were feeling sad because I felt that it concerns you and it is a shame to ask someone you don't know a question like that.
Ray: No Clairer I don't mind to tell you because I passed through many things and I have to be strong and to face this life with its problems. I knew a girl and I made her a part of my life, unfortunately she got sick and died!
Claire: I am sorry for your loss!
Ray: don't be sorry, I am fine now!
Claire: ok! Let's go!
Ray: where?
Claire: we go to cook!
Ray: ohh wow! What are we going to cook?
Claire: I don't know maybe pizza!
Ray: I like it!
Claire: me too!
Ray: ok now we have all the ingredients, what we need now is the cheese!

Claire: we spent almost 20 days here.
Ray: yes I think so!
Claire: do you want to add egg or not?
Ray :( shocked) what the hell!

Claire: an unknown pandemic attacked Luxemburg hospital and the ministry of health is silent. Oh my god!
Ray: I have to go back!
Claire: why? Ray!
Ray: Dr Glassman works there. I have to check on him!
Claire: it is dangerous to go there!
Ray: I have to Clear! Thank you so much for what you did. I will take the plane now.
Claire: Ray!
I was afraid a lot that day; the image of Dr Glassman kept coming to my mind.
I took the plane and once I arrived to Luxemburg I went to Dr Glassman's house.
Ray: Dr Glassman! Open the door! I am Ray! Oh he does not respond! I go to Mister Andrews!
Mister Andrews: hi Ray! Where have you been?
Ray: it is a long story Mister Andrews. Tell me! Have you seen Dr Glassman?
Mister Andrews: You don't know what happened To Dr Glassman!
Ray: No why?
Mister Andrews: he went to help the doctors in the hospital because they are facing a dangerous disease; and I heard that Dr Glassman is sick now.
Ray: what? Oh my god! Thank you Mister Andrews!
Leo: oh Ray! Why has she gone like that Miser Andrews?
Mister Andrews: she knew about Dr Glassman!
Leo: poor she!
I run to the hospital where the entrance was not allowed, but I had to enter to see Dr Glassman till I saw Dr Melendez.
Ray: Dr Melendez!
Dr Melendez: Ray! What are you doing here? This place is dangerous now!
Ray: I know! But I want to see Dr Glassman!
Dr Melendez: You can't, he is sick now!
Ray: I know! I want to help. I know you are facing a disaster and I volunteer, so please let me get in Dr!
Dr Melendez: ok! Come now! But first wear all the medical clothes you can't walk here without them.
Ray: yes Dr!
Dr Melendez: come to see Dr Glassman!
Ray: ah! Thank you!
Dr Melendez: here is he!
Ray: (shocked) oh my god Dr Glassman! What does he

Dr Melendez: He has a problem in his heart. We couldn't even do the surgery because his can't endure it.
Ray: so! We let him suffer!
Dr Melendez: no clue in our hands Ray. We accept the reality! No we are facing a real calamity! This pandemic is not familiar.

Dr Melendez: we need to find the cure Ray.
Ray: but how?
Dr Melendez: this pandemic has symptoms like influenza, we need to fugure out the reason of this pandemic.
Ray: yes you are right Dr!
I started helping Dr Melendez with healing the patients, that moment I knew that the doctor job is not that easy because it really needs courage and patience. I decided to go to see Dr Glassman.
Ray: hi Dr! I know you can hear me even though you are not awake. I was in Sweden with a nice girl, she showed me her farm and I really enjoyed I almost forgot the pain of Akkie's death and I am really sorry for not telling you. I did that because I was aware you would not allow me!
Dr Glassman: (with a low voice) Ray!
Ray: oh Dr! how do you feel?
Dr Glassman: I am glad to see you Ray!
Ray: me too Dr!
Dr Glassman: I want to spend the last moments with you!
Ray: what are you saying Dr? You will be fine!
Dr Glassman: I am really sorry if I hurt you!
Ray: (at tears) stop saying that! I don't want to lose you! You are everything I have now!
Dr Glassman: you must be brave and move on in your life! Whatever you lose something you will earn another one! Don't lose hope!
Ray: I don't want to you to die!
Dr Glassman: I am really sorry Ray, but put into your mind that you were like my daughter!
Ray: Dr! Dr! oh my god! Dr Melendez!
Dr Melendez: what happened to him!
Ray: I don't know his heart rate is diminishing! Do something!
Dr Melendez: we cannot Ray! He died! I am sorry.
Ray: what? No this impossible!
Dr Melendez: Ray! Accept the truth. He was sick and his heart couldn't hold up. Ray: I know it is not easy for you, but Dr Glassman wanted you to be strong and have faith.
Ray: yes you are right!
Dr Melendez: let's go to see the patients Ray!
Ray: yes understood!
Dr Glassman died and I was speechless, no words could express my internal pain. I was obliged to face the truth and keep working so that we can find the cure.
Dr Melendez: Ray I want you to keep an eye on this patient because I and other doctors managed to find a vaccine, but we have to try it on someone.
Ray: is it effective?
Dr Melendez: we will know!
Ray: oh I have a message! It is Leo! He says how are you? I think I should tell him about Dr Glassman!
Dr Melendez: don't forget what I told you!
Ray: ok Dr! oh my god I am sorry tiered this patient is fainted. I wish this vaccine would be effective!
After 7 days.
Ray: Dr Melendez! The patient has awaken and he feels good. The vaccine is succeful.
Dr Melendez: let me examine him first.
Ray: ok!
Dr Melendez: I will tell the other doctors about the result!
Ray: understood! I will send a message to Leo, I will tell that the vaccine is effective.
The vaccine was effective and we managed to figure out the source of the pandemic. Moreover I and all the doctors were able to go to their houses after a month of the quarantine. But what made me sad was the death of Dr Glassman, after his funeral Leo tried to not make me feel alone he was a real friend.
Dr Melendez: how are you?
Ray: I am fine!
Dr Melendez: I see you passed through Dr Glassman's death.
Ray: almost! I have to move on as Dr Glassman said.
Dr Melendez: yes you are right! I came to tell that you were so brave while we were fighting against the pandemic, I really appreciate that!
Ray: thank you Dr, but that was my duty as a future doctor.
Dr Melendez: nice talk! Anyway you are invited to honoring ceremony tomorrow and you can bring any one you want, if you want bring Leo your friend.
Ray: for what?
Dr Melendez: this ceremony is for the brave doctors who fought against the pandemic.
Ray: ok! I see! I will be there.
Dr Melendez: ok see you there!
I have never been in an honoring ceremony in my life, I was happy for that. A lot of people came that day and even journalists.
Dr Melendez: go to take your award Ray!
Ray: mine!
Dr Melendez: yes! The minister is calling for you to take it!
Ray: oh my god!
The minister: come to take the award Ray! And give us a word.
Ray: thanks!
The minister: now Ray the youngest future doctor who contributed with the other doctors to fight against the pandemic will give us a word.
Ray: yes! Thanks for everyone who is present now. I am not going to talk too much, but the important thing I want to say is thanks for Dr Glassman who supported me and helped me to be the person I am now. I offer this award to Akkie who wanted to reach her dreams

I tried to move on in my life, but I could never forget Dr Glassman. I felt really alone even though Leo spent also some time with me, I am really glad for that.
Leo: Hi Ray!
Ray: oh Leo!
Leo: why are you staying alone here?
Ray: I was thinking!
Leo: about what?
Ray: about Dr Glassman! He was the only one who stayed beside me after Calum's and Akkie's death.
Leo: I know he was close to you, but I want to make you really happy and forget your pains. So do you accept this?
Ray: what? A ring? Are you serious?
Leo: yes I am!
Ray: but….!
Leo: you have time to think!
Ray: ah ok!
Leo: so I am leaving now! I will go to see Mister Andrews.

But Leo is a good guy; in every difficult situation I faced I found him there. Maybe I can ask Dr Melendez about that. No he is my teacher, this is impossible. Anyway why should I ask someone? The day after I went to study because the exams were coming soon, and Dr Melendez was my supportive; he took Dr Glassman's place. He was teaching me as Dr Glassman did. Moreover the day came when I needed to tell Leo about his proposal.
Ray: hi Leo!
Leo: oh Ray! How are you?
Ray: fine! Today is a day full of luck. You know why? Because I played with kids and Dr Melendez helped in my home works and I met you hhh!
Leo: hhh nice to hear that! Nice to see you laughing!
Ray: I accept your proposal!
Leo: what?
Ray: I thought a lot and I found that there is no harm in this.
Leo: I am happy to hear that Ray! So our wedding will be this summer.
Ray: oh you mean next month! Oh after the exams!

Dr Melendez: are you ready for the exams?
Ray: yes I have been studying a lot!
Dr Melendez: nice to hear that! I wish you all the best!
Ray: thank you! I want to tell you something!
Dr Melendez: yes sure!
Ray: Leo proposed to me!
Dr Melendez: oh! Good! Congratulations! But did you accept his proposal?
Ray: yes I did! But do you think that it is a good idea?
Dr Melendez: I see no harm in this because all what I know about him that he is a good guy! In addition to that maybe you will find happiness in this relationship, who knows?
Ray: yes probably! But I was married before.
Dr Melendez: so?
Ray: I will be married twice in my life!
Dr Melendez: (laughs) there are people who are married twenty times in their life and they want more! Take this advice! There is no harm in this, and move forward!

Dr Melendez: all what you should think about now is the exams, so you should concentrate!
Ray: yes you are right! Ok then I am leaving Dr!
Dr Melendez: Never mind Ray! Take care of yourself!
After passing the exams, I had to prepare for my weeding even though I felt insecure; just for one moment I remember Callum and all what he did to me, he really helped to get rid of my previous life with my father. I told myself that life moves on and I should do the same thing, but the question was at that time what will happened when I live with Leo because I had a feeling that said "Callum is not dead".
