Father's Advice

Dhruv walked up to the balcony and lit his cigar. His eyes wandered over its sleek, cylindrical stature. For the last time indeed. 

Some addictions should be lost, for the new habits to grow. He mused and flicked the cigar out of his fingers. 

The occurrence of consecutive events and battles in his life dawned on the conclusion that everything emerges from a cause. His mother wasn't a sage. But she fulfilled the duty of a mother in a way no one could. She armoured him with courage and commitment to tackle the horses of harsh reality.
