Betrayal

(3 Months later)

CeCe's POV

It's been three months since Zak left. All of the crew including me is over it now. All except Clovis. He had stopped pranking and annoying others from the day after Zak left. And he always stays grumpy and silent. He only shows any movement while fighting. Steven is the new captain of the crew now. After he took the responsibility of leading the team we have become stronger than ever. Although Calabrass didn't accepted Steven as his user and we don't get any help from him we are still having an upper hand on fighting the skeletons. Skulivur has made one out post and many bases in every sea. We are currently taking those down. I have also decided that I will marry Steven when I will be adult. I'm currently 14 and Steven is 17.

"We're here." Steven's booming voice shook me out of my thoughts. We have found another base in Neitherware and we're gonna bring it down. I walked towards Steven and stood beside him. "This is going to be fun" I said as we got closer to that base. "Ofcourse m'lady." He said when we reached the dock and shouted,"Let's get them guys."

(Time skip/ After the fight)

"Is it done yet" Steven said while polishing his twin butterfly swords with a piece of cloth.

"Look this one is protected by a very powerful security system. I need more time to get access to this computer and we've already got hold of this place. So I don't see why I should hurry and stop annoying me." Caramba said. We have defeated all skeletons in this place. Right now Caramba is trying to hack the computer in here so he can get some more information about Skulivur's plans. He believes there could be very useful information in this computer because of the high level security system used to protect it. Crogar is guarding the entrance of this base and Clovis is guarding the dock with Chaos. Steven, I and Caramba are in this room. I then saw Steven puting his swords back into the holders on his back and going towards the get of this room. But suddenly he turned around and pulled out a strange gun out of his jacket and shot Caramba. Electricity started flow through Caramba's exoskeleton suit and in a couple of seconds he collapsed on the ground. "CARAMBA!" I screamed and ran towards my fallen friend. I kneeled beside him and somehow opened his suit and got him out of that suit. I felt a little relived when I felt his breath on my palm. "Why did you do that?" I asked Steven still shocked of what he has done. "Because Zak is right about me." He answered in a calm voice and I heard many foot steps comeing towards us. I quickly grabbed my gun and tried to turn around, but something hit my back and I felt electrical energy flowing through my body. "Ahhhh!" I yelled in pain and then collapsed on the floor. Electricity causes more damage to Atlantans. More than humans. My vision started to get blurry. I was feeling very exhausted. I saw Crogar fighting his way through those skeletons who gathered infront of this room. He must have heard my yelling. But then Steven shot him with that gun a few times and Crogar fell on floor. Steven said to a skeleton,"They are yours." Then everything went black.
