Reminder

Shirley ran to the home plate. Winning her team the gym class trophy.

Amora was on her team and began clapping. She ran up to Shirley and Shirley was jumping around happily. She celebrates with Amora and eventually she walks with Amora to the school's football field, sitting in the bleachers and chatting.

Amora was taking pictures of the boys on the football field, and Shirley was chatting with some other girls who came up to her. They completely ignored Amora and when Shirley had started introducing Amora, they seemingly had to leave.

"Shirley I told you to stop that, they don't want to be my friend, they left because they didn't want to talk to me." Amora said hopelessly.

"If that is the reason, I will stop talking to them then." Shirley said, which made Amora a little sad to think that her friend would give up everyone and everything to be her friend.

"Thanks Shirley, but that's not necessary. The only friend I need is you." Amora said cheerfully, holding out her hand. A snowflake fell on her palm, making her realize the new coming snow.

"Huh... it wasn't even cold a few minutes ago..." Amora mentioned.

Amora woke up and shivered. Looking around, she couldn't find Shirley. She tried remembering what happened, but nothing wasn't coming back to her.

Leon walked in sadly.

"Where is Shirley? Is she okay?" Amora asked, quietly.

Leon took a moment to think and managed a fake smile.

"She's alright, but that boy... Tasaku, was it? He took her away. She survived." Leon lied to her, not wanting another manic episode from Amora.

Amora sighed a sigh of relief and looked around. "Is anyone going to save her?" Leon sighed as well.

"Tavan is looking for her, she'll be okay. Let me go talk to Reyon." He said, going to tell her to continue the lie.

Amora crept out of her bed, feeling her neck and feeling the darkness that spread from her arm to her neck. She stood up and her legs ached.

She went into the kitchen and could see she had been asleep for three days, the calendar had shown that fact.

Amora lay on the couch, feeling a bit sick. She wanted to find Shirley, but didn't know what to think anymore. Aya greeted Amora and asked her to go with her in the forest. Amora agreed.

In the forest, Aya dropped her phone and it landed next to Amora. Aya smiled and asked, "Hey Amora, could you get that?"

Amora felt her head tinge. Her attitude seemingly changed, and she began being rude to Aya. "Pick it up yourself. It's your phone, you aren't a fucking child." She said, and then shook her head and held her hand on her head.

"I'm sorry... something isn't right with me. I just... don't feel well." She said, picking up Aya's phone and handing it to her.

"That's fine, I understand." Aya said, hugging Amora.

That interaction didn't last and Amora and Aya went home. Leon and Reyon decided to take Amora to the hospital to end the problem they had seen with her. They didn't want her swapped attitude to randomly happen anymore.

"I believe some kind of tragic event in her life, maybe even recently could have fractured her mind." The doctor said, continuing to explain herself. "She may have some random bursts of anger or strange actions." She explained to Leon and Reyon, who were crying. "Medications will be the best option." The doctor says, explaining some personal info for the two to get the pills as soon as possible.

On the way home, the car seemed to fall away. Amora could see herself in a dark room facing another version of herself. The other version was crying.

"Are... you... okay?" Amora instinctively asked. She stopped in her place, realizing that the figure was not crying, but laughing. Amora backed away from the other version of herself, not understanding.

"You want to find Tasaku and... spare him right?" The other Amora echoed. "Let me take control. I will kill him and bring everyone back." She said.

"N-no... I can... do this peacefully." Amora said, trying to find a way out.

"Listen. Shirley is dead, you are starting to remember that... aren't you? Don't be weak, Tasaku needs to die. He needs to be butchered. We need to kill him."

Amora was now ignoring the other her, walking around trying to find some kind of exit. She processed the room and focused on the song that was playing before she went into this state of mind.

"Whoever you are... I'll never let you hurt anyone." Amora said, vanishing.

She opened her eyes and the car came to a stop, Amora sighed and slipped out of the car and walked inside, taking a pill right away as the doctor had recommended. She entered her room and lay on her bed, thinking of what to do. Amora didn't believe the other voice in her head. It wasn't real. It wasn't.

"I'm a part of you now. I make up the other half. Tell me when it's my turn... to fight." The voice echoed. A couple of minutes after the medicine was taken, the voice faded away.

"It's just from the trauma of losing Andrew, Cody, and Jackson... once I see Shirley again... everything will be normal!" Amora told herself, she closed her eyes, but could only see the corpses she had encountered and opened them quickly, looking around and sitting up. It had seemingly become night, with Aya sleeping already. Amora couldn't tell what was real and what wasn't real. Who was real? Aya? She couldn't be real? Is Darkness real? No way... Elementals can't exist.

"Amora, are you alright?" Aya asked, now sitting up with messy hair, to which Amora replied with, "Yeah. I'm... worried."

She turned her head, facing away from Aya, who had now been laying down slowly. Amora sighed and closed her eyes, thinking of better things, soon finally sleeping, but only for a couple of minutes. She woke once again, staying up the rest of the night staring outside. She twitched and stepped out of bed. Amora found her blade under her bed and pulled it out of her sheath, the sharpening sound was deafening, but Aya remained asleep. Amora hovered over her, aiming the sword at Aya's neck, smiling wickedly. She twitched again and noticed her actions, she put the sword back and put the sword back under the bed. She ran to the bathroom and began splashing herself with water from the sink.

Had she just tried to kill Aya? Why kill Aya? What was her purpose? She couldn't recall what she was thinking in those moments, only knowing she wasn't controlling herself anymore. Whatever traumatic thing happened, it was really getting to her. She sat in the bathroom with her phone, listening to the song her and Shirley loved. It was calming and soon she felt calm, she exited the bathroom in the morning and went outside right away. Heading to the tree she shot electricity at and sitting under it, breathing in and out calmly.

Voices were coming from all around Amora, in the voice of people she knew from school or now.

"She's scared. Scared of herself, she knows what she has to do." One voice of a boy said, with a girl replying quickly, "Exactly, she needs to kill Tasaku right? Slice him open?" The voices began cheering, festering around Amora, but she kept her eyes closed, ignoring them.

"Let me take control Amora. I can bring everyone back, while you are too weak too." The voice mockingly said, laughing a horrendous laugh afterward.

Amora couldn't take anymore and an outburst of air appeared, blowing snow and leaves away from her. "Shut up!" She yelled, the voices vanishing as if the wind had taken them away.

Aya stared from behind a tree. Running back to Reyon and Leon to tell them what was happening.
