The mayors exchanged glances that told Bloom they didn't believe him. "I can sign a contract with you with the condition that what I said is correct. If not, then you aren't obliged to help."

"Sounds… fair," the Blossom mayor said while glancing at his friends who also nodded. "Let's sign the contract then, I believe none has any objection."

"He has to put the names of those mayors and let the system be the judge," one of the mayors stressed before his face turned savage the next moment, "if what you say is true then I swear all my forces will come to that war and kill everything in their way!"

"I won't tolerate any traitors," another mayor said, "or liars as well."

Bloom didn't take any offense while calmly watching them express all of their thoughts out loud. "Alright, you can devise a contract now and let's sign it."

"Here?" the mayor asked in surprise and much doubt.
