Summer's eyes flickered to my left. When they returned to me, they were filled with panic. I attempted to look in the same direction but detoured my gaze to Jake.

"Summer, what are you doing? Stop this madness!" Jake pleaded. "If it's anything we have done we all can talk about it in a civilized manner."

The previous panic disappeared under a devious glint in Summer's eyes. "Sorry, Jake. You've always been my favorite. You've stood up for me even when no one else would. Therefore, I've decided to give you the five-star treatment."

The first row of men in front of us had their guns aimed at us. I know five-star treatment, and this wasn't it. The scowl and sneers on the men's faces spoke something entirely different.

"Five-star treatment?" Ashley stepped from behind Jake. She waved her hand around. "This doesn't look like five stars to me. There are men aiming guns at us."
