A trip to the library
Jake cultivated Mana all night however that was not enough , he still needed to understand his elements.

Jake sighed
' How am I going to control the elements then?'
[ Hosts needs to know the basic knowledge of using said magic thus host is required to at least know what to do with controlling magic of desired elements ]
Jake sighed and imagines gas burning. Suddenly a small flame appeared in his hand . It was weak and was draining his Mana pretty quickly . He applied some basic science concerted and bended the air to pure oxygen around the flame and it turned blue.
He breathed heavily feeling the toll of magic in his body.

Jake stood up. If he needed to get stronger , he had to use more of his magic. He tried using other basic elements like earth , water and air and all of them were weak.
[ Host has to continuously use them to make them stronger ]
Jake nodded in acknowledgement. After some few hours of training magic , he grew bored and wanted to venture out to the town.
He took out his disguise and set his journey to the town. His journey served as a way to relieve his boredom and he also wanted to borrow from the library some few books concerning magic.
The town was bustling with people going about their business. Cars driving through the town .
He walked through some alleys and finally found himself infront of the library. He heaved a sigh , hopefully this visit wouldn't be interrupted or destroyed by some asshole figuring who he is .
He registered himself , luckily the receptionist did not see him well and walked took books on all the basic elements of magic. Once he mastered the basic elements , he could go to the secondary elements but for now , he needed to know which way to go.
He found ways to combine his elements
Earth and fire could make magma
Water and fire : Steam
Air and water : Hurricane
Water and earth : Mud
Earth ( sand ) and fire : Glass
As he was busy reading and experimenting , a girl with glasses and a hut say on his table. It was as if they sighed girl was in disguise as him.
The girl became interested in what he was doing and asked him . " So what are you trying to achieve " She asked having witness him combine water and earth to create mud.
" Nothing much just trying to combine elements and see the results. " Jake responded. He didn't even want to glance at the said girl , she was disrupting him.
" That's cool , hey you can't even look at me . That's rude " She said
" What's there to look at " Jake responded and the girl fumed.
She glanced at Jake .
' So much for a talk ' She thought.
" What's your name ? " She once again disturbed Jake .
" Winchester " Jake said using his fake name so as to not be found out.
" Do you have one name or ?"
" How about you ?" Jake said using his system to see the girl.

" Phoenix "
" So Elena it is " Jake said still not butting an eye.
The girl was shocked , no one had noticed her and Jake just found out easily. Of course he gave him a hint but there are many girls her age so it wasn't obvious.
" How ? How did you know ?" She asked.
" So I am correct nice. You really shouldn't tell others your clan " Jake said.
Elena was shocked then finally figured out her flaw. She was famous and her age mates always wanted to be noticed so it was quite simple for this stranger to find the odd one out , the one who didn't want attention.
" You intrigue me , so who really are you ?" Elena asked.
" Your fiance " Elena laughed at the joke or so she thought.
" You're quite a liar , I just saw you use magic and my fiance has very little magic. " She said.
" So likely to die young and you still want to marry him " Jake said.
Elena shrugged . " He's going to give me the freedom I wanted , freedom from this stupid suitors. Then I can be with my boyfriend. "
' Once again I stoop low to being a price. Fuck you Phoenix. ' Jake thought.
" You're quite confident he wants to marry you , what if he says no " Jake asked.
" He can't because his clan can't allow it and aren't I every man's dream ?" Elena said.
" Well no , I have no interest in you and your fiance will most likely hate you since if he has low mana that means he's subjected to bullying and his status with you will just increase the bullying. If I were him I would say no and die then because I wouldn't have much to live for " Elena was stunned by ' Winchester's ' explanation.
" You really are wise , are you sure you're not a grandpa under there ?" She innocently asked.
" I assure you am your age " Jake said as he continued browsing the books.
" So what can I help you with magic ?" Elena suddenly asked.
" I don't know leave , go read some books after all that's what you came here for and what would your boyfriend think of you helping me ?" Jake asked. He really wanted to reap her into shreds however he wasn't strong enough.
" So much for trying to become your friend , ok ' Winchester ' here's my number if you need some tips " She said as she walked out.
Jake knew she wasn't stupid according to her IQ. That girl wanted something in return since he knew nothing was for free. He took the paper and burnt it using blue flames .
After reading for some while , he finally understood all the basic elements and their functions and how they affect the human body.
He went back home satisfied with what he read.
