The ball has ended, my lady you should have pleasant dreams

When she realized that Skye was the person near the door she went all quiet, and started blushing red, her squeal earlier suddenly broke into silence.

"Master Skye, I'm so sorry for bumping into you again.."

her voice was soft and she looked down on the floor avoiding eye contact with Skye. He chuckled softly and went closely in her ears and whispered teasingly,

"You certainly like to bump into people a lot don't you lady Cecelia?" Not waiting for her to reply, he left the room along with his assistants.

As they were walking in the hall he looked into Lilith, "What are my other plans for tonight Lilith?" he said in a firm voice. Lilith looked into the tablet and scrolled through one of the tabs and was shocked to see one of the notifications,

"Lord Skye, you have an urgent matter in North Zanesville and you need to leave right away. Seemed like the mouse had landed in your trap. I'll prepare the flight right away."

Skye chuckled devilishly, and looked back at Lilith "very well let's head there right away." They walked past the hall and went back into the ballroom. The young noble women are all squealing at him screaming his name for him to notice, Skye completely ignores them as for him this is so unladylike to scream at a man. He sighed and left the ballroom and walked back to his limo. As they were walking a familiar voice was screaming his name it was Cecelia running to him

"Master Skye please wait.."

As she was walking and screaming she tripped over her high heel and stumbled near Skye, fortunately she did not get hurt as Skye was able to catch her in time. With such embarrassed state she blushed so red that she stutter while talking her voice was soft than ever

"I insisted father that I shall give it to you personally, good thing I was able to catch up with you.."

She handed out a letter to him with the Browne family seal stamp in the middle, Skye nodded and accepted the letter and placed it in his suit pocket. He chuckled softly at her and told her in a firm voice

"A lady shouldn't be doing this type of job especially you lady Cecelia for you are the heiress of the Browne family, but if you insist this much there is nothing much I can do. For now you should rest and have a good night lady Cecelia."

Cecelia was speechless and nod at him, he soon went in his limo then not soon after her maids came after running after her with all worried expressions

"Miss you shouldn't run off like that, especially you still have not recovered from earlier your father has requested for you to rest for the night.

Soon she nodded at her maids and watched Skye's limo leaving their estate. She soon started walking back inside and went to rest for the night.
