'What did I do? How could I even do something like this? Am I going to receive my punishment now?' Aranea wondered and sweat covered her forehead.
Her hands started to shake uncontrollably and all she could do is to try and hide the broken seat belt. But the only problem was she couldn't find a proper place to hide it. In the end, when she had somehow made up her mind to swallow it, Tina pulled the seat belt from her hands.
She then threw it at the back seat and said, "Hold on, for a few minutes… We will be at home soon," Tina informed her and pressed the accelerator.
The car zoomed much faster than before and they reached her grandfather's home in a few minutes. When Tina got down from the car, she met Mason on the driveway, who looked very untidy and disoriented.
He was almost falling down with every step he took. Tina had never seen her father so lifeless and at loss. She hurriedly ran near him and held his arms.
