Nicholas then slowly asked Mike with a trembling voice, "Are you sure you can get me safely to the palace without dropping me down?"

"No, I can't. I am planning to drop you from here and let Tina live happily ever after," Mike said with a bright smile and then started to shake him.

'I think I made a mistake by coming with him. When Otis volunteered, I should have let him go along with him,' Nicholas regretted his decision and held on to Mike's hand as his life depended on that.

He then wondered when this bone-chilling journey would end and he will touch the ground. He did not have to worry for a long time as Mike dropped Nicholas sooner in front of the palace gate. Moreover, thankfully, he was not far from the ground, so Nicholas managed to land on his legs and steadied himself easily.

'He did really plan to drop me to death, isn't he? Next time, I am never going to fly along with him,' Nicholas grudgingly thought and lifted his head to glare at Mike.
