Chapter 5: Is he Arrested?

Dark was shocked and asks:

- How can I get my brother back?!

Sally shows him one of the top computers, types in something and shows the 3d map of the facilities where Shadow was, the Headquarters of G.U.N. She replies:

- Your brothre is at level 2C, the safest zone of the G.U.N.

- They have my brother?!

His pupiles started to get smaller, like he was in a pre-state of rage, and his hand started to shake.

He was afraid that they were gonna to kill him

Sally said:

- Yes. They found the capsule that was related to the "Project Shadow" 5 years ago. If you want to recover your brother, you'll have to-

Sally was interrupted by the alarm. The room started to get red because of the lights that were activated by the alert. Sonic asked:

-What's goin' on?

Sally looks at the computer screen and says:

- Someone is trying to breaking through G.U.N's defenses!

- But who? - Asked Amy

Everyone sits arond the computer where Sally was. Sally access the surveillancs cameras and replies:

- It's Eggman!

When Dark heard that, he paralized. He starts to see parts of the vision that he had when he was unconscious. Sonic says:

- We need to go there right-

Dark runs out of the HQ so fast, that even Sonic coudn't see him. Sonic, Sally and Amy ran after him to see what he was up to. Dark, while running, saw Eggman controling Shadow. Each time that image appeared, he heard Eggman laughting. Dark said:

- no...

He heard that again and again:

- No!

The laugh gets stronger and stronger. He clenched his fist so hard that he starts spill blood all over his hand. Finally, Dark screams, looking at the sky:

- NO! Chaos Control!

And with that, Dark teleports to the HQ of the G.U.N. Dark looks to the front of the building. The G.U.N center was full of high tecnology, from the security sistems to the cells that where helding the most dangerous crimminals in the world. In the front of the building, there was an army of G.U.N soldiers, aiming to his entire body. The soldiers were equipped with the latest tecnology. From the top-of-the-range weapons, to the bulletproof vests. A commander calls out to him:

- We know who you are! Give up and we don't shoot!

Dark was not intimidated by the threat. He just looks at them. The commander said again:

- We will not hesitate! GIVE UP or WE'LL KILL YOU!

Dark raises his hand forward, clenches his fist and says:

- I don't think so.

The commander, seeing Dark's threat, yells at the soldiers:

- FIRE AT WILL!!!

All soldiers shoot at Dark. When the shots were really close to hitting the hedgehog, Dark says:

- Chaos Control!

Everything stopped suddently. Dark looked at all the bullets that would kill him. He walks and dodges the bullets, thinking if he finds his brother.

Darn on

"I hope he know who I am...."

After avoidingthe bullets, Dark approaches one of the soldiers and takes an rifle, an AK47 to be more precise, and takes some ammo. He steps a few meters from the small army, a bit behind where the bullets would hit him, and said:

- Let's get this ver with...Chaos Control!

Time goes back to normal. The soldiers looked at the smoke and one of them says to the radio:

- Commander, target eliminated. Proceeding to the level-

The soldier was interruptedby a push from one of his companions. He asks:

- What is it now?

The other soldier replies:

- Look at the smooke.

All the soldiers were looking at the smoke and they didn't wan tto believe what they were seeing. The hedgehog was alive. Dark, looking at the soldiers, astonished to see that he's alive, carries the AK47 and says:

- Now...you will pay.
