The Tides Have Turned

Angels came down from the sky to fight alongside Sarah and her demon army. They got into massive fight after massive fight trying to take each city block. It became a fight for the yard after Sarah raised her army. You could hear the clashing of metal for miles in every direction. Humans still had been scattered around the city. As the fighting got worse you could hear them screaming in fear of their death. Claira and Micheal took the survivors they could rescue to a wooded area outside of the city. After they dropped off the survivors they headed back into the city to help the fight. As they entered the city fire engulfed most of the buildings as they crumbled to the ground. Human and demon bodies alike littered the ground. "What has the earth become Micheal?" Claira asked as she observed the land around her. Micheal didn't answer her but instead tears formed in his eyes as the world continued to fall into darkness. Micheal only shook his head as they neared the fighting in the downtown area. While neither Micheal nor Claira was watching a metal beam struck the carriage and they fell to the ground.

"Sarah!" Claira screamed as they fell shortly before a dragon caught her. Micheal caught himself shortly after the carriage was destroyed. "That was so fucking close." Claira said to herself trying to control her breathing. Micheal joins Sarah just as the dragon drops off Claria. "They are losing ground quickly and I am going to head to the hell realm with a few demons." Sarah said opening a portal that ejected flames. "We are coming with you." Micheal declared grabbing Sarah by the arm. "No you guys are not." Sarah said trying to shake Micheal's grip. Sarah continued through the portal after giving Claira a big kiss. Micheal was tasked with keeping Claira safe when the battle for the city started. After Sarah's portal closed demons stormed the building. As they came over the lip of the roof Micheal shoved Claira back and drew his sword of light. Claira watched on as Micheal was swarmed with these demons that took on the form of a half-decayed corpse. For every demon, he killed two more emerged. He continued to slash and hack at the demons despite the odds. No matter how hard he fought they overpowered him. Claira stood up and channeled all of her rage into a concentrated spot and a blast of blue flames engulfed the horde of demons. When the flames died down a burned and battered Micheal stood. "You have powers now?" Micheal asked turning to Claira. Claira could only shrug then she passed out.

Micheal summoned a chariot pulled by winged horses and loaded Claira on it. He pointed the horses to the area where he left the survivors. He chose to stay to lead the army of demons and angels in the fight. He had a city to help reclaim. The sound of thunderous footsteps came toward the building he was in. A massive eye filled the window in front of him. "I will smite the!" Micheal yelled as he busted through the window and stabbed the massive demon in the eye. It fell against the building behind in roaring out in pain. A massive hand wrapped itself around him. The demon used it's other eye to look at him as it grew two more arms. As Micheal struggled against its grip the demon began to laugh. Two hands grabbed his wings and slowly began to pull. Micheal could feel every muscle fiber rip apart as the wings got pulled from his very body. He screamed out in pain as the remaining free hand closed around his head. The last thing that could be heard was the popping noise as Micheal's head was crushed killing him instantly. Even though Micheal was killed Sarah's demon army and the angel army of heaven drove the rebellious demons back to hell.

Sarah walked up the steps of a castle. "So this is where my father died." Sarah spoke in awe of the building. She could feel it in the back of her mind that someone was within the structure but she didn't know where. "I know you are in here!" She yelled her voice beginning to echo in the empty halls. "Yes, I am you unwelcomed whore!" The voice came from the throne where the dark figure sat. Sarah gave a smile as she drew her sword.
