"As you can see, the area is exactly like the plan." said the chief engineer.
"It is beautiful and is made exactly like the plan. But the issue is when will I move in," said Ric.
"Don't worry. We are in the last stage. So, if nothing major happens, you can move in about 3 months," he replied.
"Why the delay, aren't it was supposed to be done by next month," asked Ric.

Their conversation was halted when Ric got a call.
"Hey, Austin, what's up," said Ric.
"Hey, Boss do you have any plan over this week?" said Austin
"Not at the moment. Why?" asked Ric back.
"Boss, when was the last time you had a book sign." He asked.
Ric thought for a while and replied,
"Not for a while, I think."
"What your fans would think, Boss. They are spending their wealth and time to read your creation, but you can't take some time to meet them. It's cruel of you, Boss," he whined.
"Okay, Okay... come to the point," said Ric while being annoyed.
"The point is we want to organize a Book Signing event. After all, you haven't had an event like this after you came out of hiatus," said Austin.
"Come to my home Austin. There we will talk in detail about this," said Ric cutting the call.
