Their story began 235 years ago. A ship had beached, coming from a land far, far away. Seeking a new life in this newly discovered land, Steve and Alex had hoped that they would finally be free of any danger. 

They aren’t alone. Their friends Sedrick and Annabeth have also come along too. Thought to have escaped the wrath of those vicious pirates, they’re going to discover just how dangerous and mysterious this new land is.

Minecraft Adventures: Steve & Alex’s Story

"Who are you?" Daniel asked, "don't lie to me either. I know you're not the real Merlin."


Merlin sighed. He began rubbing his beard while looking down at the floor. Max was sitting next to Daniel, growling and staring at Merlin. Daniel crossed his arms. He was waiting patiently for Merlin to answer his question. 


"The real Merlin was banished by Nightmare," Daniel said, "magic doesn't work where the sun doesn't shine. Merlin is stuck in that dimension for all eternity."


"I'm the real Merlin," he said, "I'm telling the truth, Daniel. Why don't you believe me?" 


Daniel squinted his eyes at Merlin. He shook his head. "Because you're the blockhead behind the real Merlin's banishment….isn't that right Nightmare?" 


Merlin sighed heavily. He raised his head and stopped rubbing his beard. He looked directly into Daniel's eyes and began laughing. He began clapping his hands very slowly. 


"Wow," Merlin said, "I'm impressed with how fast you caught on. Although, you would've never figured it out if you didn't read that story." 


"Stop hiding behind the mask," Daniel said as he saw Ceres slowly creeping up the stairs. "Show your true self!" 


Merlin smiled. "With pleasure," he said as he smiled. He held his arms out straight and bowed before Daniel, "anything for you my King." 


Black smoke began to swirl around at Merlin's feet, slowly rising up his body. Daniel watched as the true identity of this imposter was revealed. As the black smoke rose, the look of the blockhead began to change. The brown pants turned into transparent legs. The white coat turned into a transparent chest. And lastly, the arms and head turned too.


Then the black smoke stopped spinning and disappeared. The black entity was now revealed. Her eyes were closed. Daniel looked at Ceres briefly. He was standing quietly behind her. 


Nightmare opened her eyes and stared directly at Daniel. She still didn't notice that Ceres was behind her. 


"I'm glad that's over," Nightmare said. 


Daniel quickly grabbed his iron sword out of his inventory. He held the sword tightly in his hands. 


"What are you gonna do with that?" Nightmare asked. She wasn't intimidated or scared. 


"Oh, I'm not going to do anything," Daniel said, "but he is." 


Daniel looked over Nightmare's left shoulder at Ceres. Nightmare turned around. But before she could react, Ceres blasted her with a powerful beam that came from his wand. 


Nightmare yelped as she flew across the room and went flying through the window. The glass window shattered. Shards of broken glass fell. Daniel and Ceres ran over to the window and looked down towards the ground.
